Ippudo is hands down the best ramen!

I've been to many Ippudo's in a few different countries, and each time is a win. You can never go wrong with ramen from Ippudo. Best on Earth!!

I tried countless other ramen places and I am still very loyal to the Ippudo Original and, funny fact, Ippudos across Japan are really great but none of their branches its own original place! I have eaten at Ippudo original over 20 times and kept drooling every time I was going back. The Tonkotsu broth is rich and the ramen... More

OK since you are in Fukuoka and Ippudo is becoming such as big name overseas how can you not visit the main store ? We did and I have found that the ramen there is slightly better than other stores, no queues there and the staff are so so. After have noodle from that store, one of my friend had... More

I have tried many ramen restaurant and none has come close to what Ippudo Ramen has to offer from taste to the final slurp of its broth. If i were to visit once again, i will not leave Ippudo out of my agenda. Its a must for every Japan visit. i have no reason not to pay the amount for... More

Went for lunch on a weekday at its Main store and luckily there was no queue. This ramen restaurant had lots of local and overseas branches, but Fukuoka branch had its local specialty fish roe on ramen. Ordered bowl of ramen on weekdays plus 200 yen for 3 additional pieces of gyoza and extra bowl of rice. Taste was average... More

Impressive. It was a surprise as Hubby and I was exploring the streets near the Tenjin area. We tried both the red and the white and both were spectacular. The waiter who attended to us speaks very good English and it was a breeze communicating. However, do look out for the menu on special offers or promotion sets as he... More

Although it's over priced up to 800 yen per bowl, while avarage ramen in the city will cost you around 500 yen and some of them can taste even better. However,If you feel like trying ramen in a hurry while you are in the ramen capital of Japan, this is still a good option. It's clean and sometimes too noisy, but you can even... More

Excellent and tasty ramen. Had this at Hakata Station. Love the condiments there's free bean sprouts, gigger, garlic, and pickled vegetables. Overall very glad I came here for lunch today!

Ramen here is good, but if you consider the price, you may sometimes choose different places. If you are the first visitor to Fukuoka, it can be the safest choice. After eating more than ten times, I am recently challineging the old-styled and inexpensive places. There are a lot of nice and inexpensive places! That is why Fukuoka or Hakata... More

The ramen was OK, but not as good as at Ichiran. The thing I disliked about the place was the noise - it was lunch-time, but it was not full, yet the stuff comunicated by screaming to each-other and to the guests, as if they had no time to walk over and talk with normal voice. Noisy stuff is very... More
