Good, yummy ramen - good value for money

Had ramen in Japan here for the first time - good broth, flavorful and hot. Chashu was good too! This appears to be a crowd favorite as lunch time and dinner time both get busy, we had to line up for a good ten minutes before we were seated. Expect to eat and go as others may be waiting for... read more

Fresh, delicious ramen paired with mouth watering, mini gyozas! It is located in Queen's East building with interesting, very deep garages like coming down in a roller coaster! Great, fast, friendly service.

I worked in Yokohama for one year and one of my favorite places to go for noodles was Ippudo. Japan has great noodle places so standing out in a crowd of millions of noodle shops, particularly to the Finicky Japanese consumer, takes hard work. Ippudo manages to do it because their noodles, broth and combinations are great and reasonably priced... More

Found this restaurant by chance and turned out it is the famous Ippudo! We didn't know as there's no English name. The ramen indeed was one of the best in Japan - good portion with thick savory broth. The gyoza was the best we've ever had. So tasty! Service was efficient, and the staff speak English quite well. English menu... More

Appetizing bowl of ramen. Perfect broth, tasty and tender meat that goes really well with the noodles. Impeccable cold roast tea is provided in jugs on the tables, free of charge. Kids cutleries are given automatically without us asking. Great service. It can cater for both quick eats as well as family dining. Thumbs up!

Almost fast food style in and out dining sitting at a noodle bar shoulder to shoulder with others but the noodles are excellent, especially the red bowl one which is only slightly spicy. Get extra pork and seaweed on the side.

We read that there is a Ippudo in Yokohama MM so we make a food trip to savour the famous ramen chain. It is actually located at the basement level of Queen's East Tower. The crowd has not set in when we visited at about 5pm. The interior is all authentic Japanese Ramen shop style where one sit at the... More

A great find in the basement level of Queen's Tower! Bright and bustling atmosphere where you can enjoy big bowls of fresh made steaming ramen. Sit at the counter where you can watch them make your food. Very personable staff make you feel very welcome and answer every question--in English. Popular with the local crowd and all over the world... More

I tried the Aka Bowl and it was great. I'm particular about ramen from noodle texture, broth, to the sliced charsiu (sliced pork topping) and Ippudo did not disappoint at all. The texture of the noodles were perfect and the broth very rich and deep and the charsiu was tender and tasty. There are condiments on the table that you... More

A chain of superb Ramen restaurants which serves up absolutely top notch Ramen. There was a long queue but it moved fairly quickly and it was definitely worth the wait. Delicious Ramen in a pork broth - you can add extras of Ramen and egg and pretty much tailor it to how you want it. Gyoza were also excellent. If... More
