Yoshimura introduced this style of soup in the early 70s. The use of both pork and chicken stock, and the creator of house style. If you are British you might liken the soup to a roast gravy, the type you mum creates with all the roasting juices. The are a plethora of extra toppings you can have if you can... More

We were heading out for a Princess cruise and only had one night in Yokohama, luckily we had some time that morning before boarding the ship. We arrived at 10:30am before anyone else, they were preparing the restaurant for the day and told us to buy a token from the machine and sit outside in line. I looked at the... More

Expect to wait 20-30 minutes always! There is usually always a line outside. Go to the machine and buy choose ramen and toppings etc than go... More

The store is < 10 minutes walk from Yokohama Station, so it is quite convenience ... Me and wife went there on weekend... More

One of the most tasteful ramen ever. The "chashiyu"(roasted pork slices) is really outstanding! Maybe the taste is too salty...just for strong palates !
