Airport excellence!

Anthony Bourdain raved about this place and he was not kidding. Of course omakase places in Tokyo will be better but this beats any airport eatery around. Best airport sushi ever!

Sushi in an airport is usually a sad affair. But this restaurant at Narita is far, far better than the average food at an airport. It's not as good as in Tokyo, but for an airport, well worth the wait on line.

I always make it a point to visit this restaurant everytime I have a stopover in Narita (my 4rth time). As fresh as the ones in Tsukiji market restaurants. Food is always mind-blowingly delicious. When I want to get the most of the tasty sashimi in 1 bowl which is more affordable, I usually order the chirashi bowl or the... More

We stopped by this restaurant twice during our layovers in Narita Airport. There was always a small line in the front and the sushi was fresh and tasty. It wasn't terribly expensive either. I wish there were restaurants like this in the US airports where they concentrate on providing you good food instead of finding ways on how to gouge... More

I live in Singapore and fly to the U.S. for business 3-4 times a year. Because of this restaurant and their excellent sushi I make a point of flying through NRT rather than HK or Seoul. The chefs really do a nice job, make good suggestions. The sashimi is wonderful. The only minor negative is that I wish they had... More

I had the yellow tail, medium fatty tuna, eel, and the uni (sea urchin roe). Ultimately, it was really good - with the uni being the best (it is sometimes hard to find good uni). The tuna and eel were almost perfect, melt in the mouth tasty. The yellow tail had an odd cut - with the bloodline. While it... More

I have decided to fly through Narita once or twice just to stop at this restaurant...the tuna set (lean, medium, and fatty) is out of this world...have it with an asahi, wow...it aint cheap, but it is in the airport so who can blame them...amazing and worth every penny, the best sushi i have ever had...

We ordered a nigiri platter and our waiter was not able to tell us what is on the plate, he said "some clam, I think". Although the restaurant was half empty, we had hard time to find anyone who would refill our tea. We have eaten here four times in the past, but after this experience, we will not return.

~We'd been to Daiwa Sushi, queued an hour before the 5.30am opening at Tsukiji, took their 3,500Y set and had the freshest ever seafood nigiri! Then again at Tsukiji Tamasushi at the Ikspiari. My Wife Enjoys Sushi :) ~We'd a 1 night layover breaking the trip from New York to Singapore and stayed over in Narita without any Sushi fix... More

I had the best sushi of my life and it was at an airport. I was in Narita for a 2 hour layover so only had one shot at eating in Japan. After hearing some call this the best airport dining option in the world I had to try it. We were not disappointed it was awesome. They were sold... More
