Arashiya is a shio-ramen restaurant. Shio-ramen is Japanese salt ramen. Arashiya’s ramen is very fresh taste of saltiness. Chicken bones are used to make shio-soup. Menu of ramen is shio-pork-ramen, shio-roasted pork-ramen, shio-butter-ramen etc. Ingredients of a basic shio-ramen are straight noodles, roasted pork, green onions, menmas, cabbages.
