Got Ruby Tuesdays to go since our power was out and we could not cook. I got the salmon with spaghetti squash and zucchini my husband got the full rack of ribs - the best in the area (better than the Raindancers which are suppose to be the best around - which are not anymore) along with the same sides.... There was a period of time when this restaurant had some pitfalls... old, translucent cucumbers on the salad bar, a MESSY salad bar, and raw burgers when they'd been ordered medium well. However I must say that things have changed and I'm very pleased with the progress. Everything is clean, the staff is super kid-friendly, and the food is delish.

Every visit to a Ruby Tuesdays is looked forward to since they changed their approach and menu. The salad bar is excellent and the food choices are great. This time I repeated a favorite, the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta with the salad bar. No disappointment at all, But the service was not so great. We got the food ok, but then... More

one of the few "chain" restaurants in Amsterdam, and a good choice for good food and service. Rarely disappointed, but rarely surprised.either. They meet all the standards of the brand

Baby-Back Ribs...Half-Rack/Full-Rack...meat falling off the bones. And if you're into veggies, they have a large salad bar. They also have a full bar for drinks. Good cocktails...my favorite being the Mojito. If you're on 30 North...not a bad place to stop...but if you prefer a truly local place and heading south...you may opt to wait to see South 30 Diner...thru... More

The food is good and the staff is also. When I get together with friends we always wait until last minute to decide which restaurant to go and eat. We usually go back and forth suggesting different restaurants and in the end we end up picking Ruby Tuesdays. You will find something on the menu for any type of eaters.... More

I visited this Ruby Tuesday after working in Amsterdam one day and I decided to sit at the bar since I was alone. I waited about 5-10 minutes to get noticed, the bar tender was more interested in conversing with others vs. making sure patrons were served, had what they needed. I ordered the chicken sandwich and received a hamburger... More

My family and I went to dinner here like we normally do, one evening. We had to wait to be seated, so we sat down where we could see the salad bar. While I was trying to play a game on my phone, I couldn't help notice the lady that was refilling the salad bar. She had on gloves, but... More

We've been going here for lunch for years during the work week. Sadly a change in the kitchen means that if you need a 30-45minute lunch you can't go here. The average table turn is probably 1.5 hours. No fault of the waitstaff, just the kitchen. So if you have plenty of time- enjoy. If you need to be in... More
