This is our 'go to' restaurant in town. Great homemade Italian food with awesome sauce and we all know good sauce is the base for most entrees. We have always had pleasant waitresses and the service has been excellent. The portions are large, prices are reasonable and you still get soup, salad and bread with your dinner. We always leave... Off the beaten path, in a residential area that has seen better days, on the corner of two one-way streets that makes it a little tricky to get to, but well worth the effort for the nostalgia alone. We parked in their lot across Division Street. Use the side door (on Bayard Street) instead of the front door if you... More

The calzones are fantastic and the food is generally good. The restaurant is very outdated and the menus are dirty. It is also very outdated and not in the greatest neighborhood. There are a couple waitresses with bad attitudes and some that are great! Also the music was more appropriate for a dance night club instead of an Italian restaurant.... More

The calzones at Bosco's are the best and biggest in the area as far as I am concerned.......I have tried a few different places and always go back to them for their calzones...antipasta is very good as well, loaded w/meat & cheese...

Wow... My heart is broken. Since I was a little girl Friday nights was pizza night. Tonight my mom tried to continue that tradition with my kids and I. We ordered pizza and eggplant Parmesan dinner from Bosco's. When it arrived the pizza was overcooked and the eggplant was charred on top and burnt on the bottom. My mom called... More

When we come to Amsterdam to visit family and friends a trip to Bosco's for calzone is a must. We have lived in several states and have never found a better calzone. I recommend Bosco's for a good Italian meal at a reasonable price.

The pasta fagioli is delicious! Their pizza, calzones, lasagna, stuffed shells and salads are delicious as well. I've visited quite often. The staff is always so friendly. The place is clean. If you like Italian food, you'll like this place!

This long-time, family operated restaurant provides good food. Calzones are big and yummy. Pizza is great and the sausage is homemade, great pasta fagiole. One of my faves... Angel hair with aioli, anchovies and broccoli.

Seated right away, it didn't seem to busy. Small clean dining area. The bartender sat us and took our drink order, and that's where the speedy service ended. Our waitress didn't come for a while to take our order. We first were served soup, then it had to of been 25 minutes before we got our salads. The waitress didn't... More

Not an honest place. Food might be good but do not let the owner advertise. He ripped me off for my commissions years ago. My visit was back in 2005. I will never go near that place ever again.Never have I BEEN SO INSULTED AND LIED TO ABOUT "WHO" WAS IN CHARGE OF ADVERTISING! But it was blamed on me... More
