Food was yum. Melt in your mouth beef and assortment of Japanese styles. Good value beef is hard to find in Japan but this place was great.

Only for one day in kanazawa I wanted to try the hide beef steak. The kitchen hide served an excellent hide, with french wine, the bill was about 13.000 yen in Two people, reccommended !

The beef is really melted in my mouth. I choose the highest grade with only 100gr steak. Although it is so pricey, but all so worthed. No need to put any sauce, just a bit of salt and pepper, that's all it needs....

My husband and I ordered the A5 grade hida beef set. Beef was fantastic and melt in your mouth. Certainly worth the money to try if you come here. Do take the best grade A5 as it will be an unforgettable experience. Service was friendly and warm. Highly recommend this restaurant!

This is the best place to eat Hida beef. We ate A5 quality. It was more than delicious, it was excellent. And the pricing was reasonable, Our set menu was around 7000 yen (150gr. beef). I recommend to make reservations. They have limited seating available.
