we have no idea why it took us so long to discover the steamed vegetable dumplings on the menu and while they're an appetizer, last night we made them the centerpiece of the meal, and while the menu promised six, we got eight... what did we do right... things a little quiet and personnel is... read more

Whether we have a large crowd or just two of us, we are never disappointed. Two menus- Chinese and Vietnamese offer options that pleases everyone. Our favorites include the dumplings and the special house beef soup. You build it yourself with fresh ingredients. The best!

Chinese restaurants can be good or bad. Red Pepper is AWESOME! The restaurant has white table cloths and they offer you complimentary hot tea and fried noodles as you are seated. The lunch specials include soup and choice of fried/white/brown rice. The dinners come with white rice and are bigger portions than lunch. I enjoy every meal here! We usually... More

First off, I need to provide a couple of disclaimers..I have just migrated to Kentucky from Singapore and there is a dire lack of decent Asian restaurants in the area where I live (the closest cities are Lexington and Cincinnati but I haven't found anything excellent yet...passable sure but mind blowingly good at a decent price..not yet..Singapore on the other... I've eaten at Red Pepper at least 5 times and NEVER a disappointing meal. OMG -- the food is fantastic. The quantity of food is amazing for the price - you'll go home with enough leftovers for at least 2 more meals. And it's GREAT. Tried the Fried Tofu, Gen Tso's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, the dumplings -- as... More

Blending Chinese and Vietnamese food together is usually a guarantee that both cuisines will be mediocre. This is definitely not true here. Each stands alone and steps up and offers the best of both. I am an absolute sucker for the spring rolls with that tangy Vietnamese dipping sauce but whatever meal or menu item you select "Red Pepper" is... More

Great food and always great service. This was my first visit to try their veggie Pho. It was great and huge! My family had them make their dishes gluten free and it all came out delicious and fresh. The wait staff is so attentive and always around to get you what you need. Very quick and delish! Love the fresh... More

I had a quick lunch here. Service was fast and good. They serve some complimentary crackers. Good sized portions. Good for families.

Many Chinese restaurants overly kill the natural flavor of the ingredients with the sauces. Not so at the Red Pepper. Tonight shrimp and snow peas were absolutely delicious. Done to a turn, crisp snow peas and tender shrimp were delicious.

My son and I went to the Red Pepper on Friday night to enjoy some good Asian cuisine. The Red Pepper was a great place to get a good meal and the price was reasonable. The host seated us promptly and we had plenty of great service throughout the meal. The food was served quite soon but we did have... More
