Have eaten at the Family Tree a number of times. Service as always been exceptional with Danielle, our recommended server. She's on top of her job and serves with a smile. The food is typical Greek food and "cook like Mom" types. Veggies are overcooked to say the least. Home fries and liver dinner are good. Greek meals are decent,... More

Family tree has been here forever. The food is always OK, but nothing special. Don't be intimidated by the long line. You will be seated faster than you think.

I'm not sure any thing on my plate was fresh or real. Fake mashed potatoes, canned gravy, stove top stuffing.

In NJ this would be a diner. Abundant and just plain good food for breakfast: choices of pancakes, eggs, meats, cereals, juices, etc. Staff is friendly and efficient and customer orientated. Weekday specials. Full prices on Sunday and a day not to go except before 10AM

We visited Family Tree for breakfast, after friends recommended it. The place is huge, and it has a bustling clientele, but it seems like people are there for the large portions and the cheap prices, rather than the quality and service. The tables were so close together that the server bumped me every time she went by. The service was... More

Our group arrived for breakfast and were quickly seated and greeted. The food came out hot and cooked the way we ordered it. eggs, bacon, home fries and toast all the way around. the only complaint was it took too long to get the coffee refilled. I noticed another group had two coffee pots on their table and wondered if I... More

A very busy place and when your meal arrives, you know why. Lots of tables, and many places for large groups - we had 11 in our group and had a wonderful corner area to sit in an L-Shape setting. Made for easy conversations. A couple of carafe's of coffee were brought to the table and pitchers of water as... More

Our first time here - we ordered the beef souvlaki. The marinated meat and fresh pita were very good. Greek dressing comes in decanters on all the tables. The tender beef came alongside a plate of Greek salad with tomatoes and feta. My daughter lamented the predominantly iceberg lettuce instead of greener leaves, while i wished for olives. Spacious, pleasant... More

We've known this place since it was a sapling and its grown into an attractive meeting place, too, doing a splendid job hosting large groups in a couple of adjacent rooms. Greek breakfasts especially fine and the chicken dishes as well. Staff well-trained and decent desserts, even the Greek-obiquitous rice pudding.

We went there for breakfast yesterday after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. What a lovely place and amazing food. We had a good waitress (Danielle) who looked after us really well. The portions are huge and cooked perfectly. The beautiful surroundings only add to the experience.
