I have been dinning at Loc Chau for over 5 years, We came back to Danang for a holiday and had dinner at Loc Chau last evening, The seafood was always fresh and economical in the past.. I was shocked when the clams came, not fresh and a small portion. We had 2 small lobster, two bites each. $7.50 PER... More

Didn't find anything to startling here. Prawns that are more expensive than prawns in Australia and tried the fish with the six or was it seven chips but couldn't even get the standard salt, pepper and lime so prevelant elsewhere in Vietnam to sprinkle on top.

The worst part about this "restaurant" (if you can call this terrible house of horrors a... More

If you are looking for an alternative to the overpriced beachfront places, Loc Chau is a non-descript plastic chair joint, 1 of about 30 on a strip just before Hanh Bridge. Nice place, cold beer, large expat base and English Speaking staff.

I'm usually here about twice a week. They do a reliable fish & chips, but they do an even better squid & chips. You can't find anything like it. Be sure to order with fish sauce (ngoc mam) for a dipping sauce, or better yet bring your own container of sriracha sauce. It's big enough to feed two people. But... More

I often go to Loc Chau during the weekdays for lunch - once, sometimes twice per week. Even an occasional dinner or weekend. It is convenient, peaceful and some of the freshest seafood and genuine smiles in Da Nang. The owner and her family take great pride in ensuring their customers are happy. And yes, the coldest beer in Da... More

Went here on recommendation of tripadvisor. Not the most glamourous place but charmingly local. We started with the seafood noodles, when it turned up we were saddened to see that the they were 2 minute packet noodles with lots of seafood mixed in. Actually it was delicious! We then had BBQ fish (not sure what fish), which was amazing. This... More
