We visited this restaurant completely unaware of its roots as a training establishment for disadvantaged young people. The food and the service were excellent and we were entertained by watching the motorbikes go up and down and the wanderings of pedestrians. One of the best meals we have had in Vietnam.

Arrived into Hoi An late and went to the only restaurant still open at the time. The food was really yummy and the staff very friendly and attentive.

Awesome food. We found the restaurant by accident as it started ro rain heavily and rhe White Lotus just happened to be there. The food was delicious, bur the smile of the staff was just as engaging. It is right next to a good tailor, so get measured up between courses.

The food is excellent and the waitresses are very friendly. I had a Ban Xeo (pronounced Ban Seo), which she tuaght me how to put together. It was quite different from one I had at another restaurant - muchmore elaborate and tastier. We enjoyed the food so much we went back the next day for a late-night bowl of noodles.... More

We had a very good meal of authentic Vietnamese food. There is a choice of sitting in and out plus we were able to book a table. The staff were very friendly and made us welcome.

We had some great culinary experiences in HoiAn, and other dreadful ones. White Lotus happens to be on the bright side of life. Really delicious abundant dishes. We had the HoiAn specialties, Chicken with rice, and the grilled eggplant. some other stuff I can't remember, but whatever you hit on the menu you won't miss. We went twice in our... More

Had a very enjoyable morning doing the cooking class with Ha, our teacher. She made the class very interesting, fun, and we learnt a lot about Asian food preparation. We got to make 4 delicious meals, after going to the market and buying the ingredients, then had a lovely boat ride back to the restaurant. All round it was a... More

We ate here after seeing the menu by the street and being welcomed in by the staff. We had such an amazing dinner and were served by lovely people that we decided to do the cooking class they offered the following morning. We were so happy we decided to do it - not only is the business a social enterprise... More

I sat down for lunch on Christmas Day with 8 of my close friends, thinking of the food on the table back in Australia. We soon forgot about this, as our already high expectations for White Lotus were blown away by great service, beers, and a delicious variety of main courses. The menu caters for both Western and Vietnamese cravings,... More

Food was great, stuffed squid and fried fish with sweet chilli sauce was great! Best garlic bread in Hoi An. Staff was very friendly and professional. Worth a second and third visit for sure. Great cause too! 100% support from my wife and I!
