Our last night in Hoi an and this dinner did not disappoint. It's was fresh and tasty and the waitress told us how to eat the food which helped immensely . Is was the best beef pho noodle soup I have eaten so far in vietnam. A+

Slow service made our visit less than we had hoped for. The food was ok but nothing worth going back for. There are much better places to eat in the same street.

I ate here twice and each time the food was beautifully prepared and cooked perfectly. It is in an historic building in the heart of the ancient town. Well spaced tables, linen and atmosphere with quiet attentive service make this a more up market restaurant. Recommended.

A lovely place that we went back to twice on our 3 day mini break. Simple snacks were delicious like the prawn toast and Family spring rolls and thats before even getting to the mains. Everyone was very friendly with our young daughter and helped us to eat in peace!

Firstly we wanted to go back to morning glory which is next door and has better food but less nice service staff but they were full. Family as the name suggests is very family fare. Well priced and cheaper than morning glory but the food isn't as nice. Food is still good though.

We randomly chose this restaurant while walking through the old town center. We were sat downstairs next to 2 other tables. The rest of the downstairs was empty. Not sure about the upstairs. We waited to be serviced...and waited...and waited. No one came to our table to greet us, take drink orders, or anything else. After about 15 minutes of... More

Not sure what was going on here, staff seemed permanently confused. Tried to get table at the highly recommended 'Morning Glory' next door but was fully booked, so pre-booked for the next evening. Family restaurant was next door so thought we would pop in. Took over 30mins to get drinks then another 30mins to get food which came out sporadically... More

Although there weren't many people in the restaurant, we decided to give it a go and were happy we did. We ate on the balcony upstairs and really enjoyed our meal. It was reasonably priced and the service was good. I'd recommend this place.
