Fresh and delicious

The lunch I had here was one of the best I had in Viet Nam. The food was so fresh and tasty. It was obvious they take a lot of care in their preparation. Everything was great, and the only exception was the pork, which was just average. The building has a lot of old world charm, and the day... read more

Good position. Friendly service, but food is fairly ordinary so why bother if you've only got a few days in Hoi An? Wine by the glass was more like wine by the thimble. Needs to improve and be better value.

My wife and I take regular visits to Hoi An, looking to eat somewhere other than our usual places we walked into Family restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was very well priced compared to other places in the area. We have a mix of local and wester foods. Living in Vietnam it was the best mango salad... More

We liked the location and menu and saw quite a few diners inside an the balcony was also full. The service was friendly, the room was nicely decorated and inviting and dinner selection provided lots of choices including vegetarian. Our order was taken promptly and dinner arrived within 15 minutes, very good considering the number of diners. The flavours were... More

I have eaten here a few times and while some dishes are tasty, such as the mango and beef salad, others are disappointing - the crispy wontons are unbelievably greasy, and come on their own (in most places they come with a sauce on top). It's in a good location, but often not busy, I suspect because better known restaurants... More

Great food, good price, nice people, good location. I guess everyone is walking away from this place because it's so quiet - it's a weird catch 22. Don't be afraid and come in!

We ended up here because a lot of the other restaurants in the street (Morning Glory etc) were very busy. As there was no-one else in the restaurant, we were a little concerned that there was a reason for this but it turned out to be a lovely meal and I don't understand why it was so quiet compared to... After not being able to get a table at Morning Glory, we walked by this lovely looking place almost next door. It was empty, but we thought we would still check the menu and the pricing. It was appealing so we walked in and were given a lovely table upstairs on the terrace overlooking the street. The food was good... More

Don't order the seafood salad unless you want a bowl of sliced raw onion with three shrimp. Singapore sling cocktail was good
