Authentic eatery

A very interesting dining experience; we were shown how to assemble the rolls using rice paper, lots of greens, and skewered pork. It was really good fun, and we had more food than we could eat.

You need to go in company, which makes it great fun. It's basically Vietnamese buffet food, that you wrap in rice pancakes, the eat until you're stuffed. It's essentially a street restaurant. Great fun.

Set menu price - 110 song, food+pudding Actual price for spring rolls from bale well - 60 dong Service - No greeting, all business We went and were told this place was all you can eat for 110. Several different groups we met on our trip went there, paid 110, and were served more after finishing. We ordered. Minutes later... More

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The food was delicious but the experience was fantastic. The ladies were SOO nice, they showed us how to roll up our own spring rolls with pork. The pork was delicious and heavenly! For a cheap price they fed us (a group of 14) 3 courses of food, the food never stopped coming! Including an amazing chocolate and... More

A lovely cafe/restaurant tucked away in one of the side streets. Its hard to find, but well worth a visit. A set menu, offering lovely Vietnamese pancakes, made for you by the staff. A lot of food, for a good price (125,000 vmd for three courses and drink). Highly recommend it.

On our first night in Hoi An my wife and kids weren't feeling well (too much traveling, too little sleep), so I went out on my own. I stopped in at Bale Well and couldn't have been happier, nor could I have eaten another bite! The food was excellent and plentiful. There is only one menu, and it consists of... More

After a bit of confusion about the actual location, we had a great time eating at the Bale Well RESTAURANT, not to be confused with the Bale Well. If you go looking for Bale Well like us, you will probably end up being directed by helpful locals up a small dead end laneway looking at a heritage well (a hole... More

I was recommended to eat here by a few people, but for me it was the worst meal I have ever seen. Arrived at the place, tried to get a menu but food just placed in front of us. No choices just a fixed menu. Wanted to leave but told "have food and pay!!" Filth all over the floor -... More

You can eat until you explode for 5 dollars, and the food tastes great. The eating in the local way is also a fun experience. Make sure you leave room for dessert

This restaurant's set menu is amazing. Bbq meat, fried spring roll, rice flour pancake DIY style roll then dessert. Including 2 lemon juice, 260000vtd is very reasonable. You'd bettrr to be hungry before go there.
