Bahn Xeo. Only Bahn Xeo.

If you are the best in the world at one thing, why do anything else? This seems to be the philosophy driving Bale Well. Banh Xeo. That is what you will eat there. Do you want Banh Mi? Maybe some Pho? Some stir fry perhaps? Bale Well isn't messing around with that stuff. You sit down and you don't... read more

I sat down, food was brought to me before I could even order a beer, I was shown how to make the wraps, I ate them, I was incredibly satisfied.

You must spend an evening or five here to sample true Vietnamese dining! The menu arrives and the choice is just which drink you'd like...the food is mandatory; traditional Vietnamese food! It is amazing!! The staff and owners neice are lovely and very friendly, helping us and making the experience one we'll never forget!!

Tucked down a side street in the Old Town, there is no menu, you order drinks and are then presented with an abundance of component dishes to roll your own meal. Chocolate mousse to follow was also a treat. A really fun and delicious experience. Relatively cheap compared to your usual restaurant. Thoroughly recommended during your stay in Hoi An... More

Given that this is a pre-fixe menu I was concerned that I there wouldn't be enough for me to eat. The staff assured me that they had seafood options and they did not disappoint. Not fine dining, but definitely a worthwhile experience around locals, foreign travelers and a friendly staff. Difficult to find in the evening as the path is... More

My partner & I came here on a recommendation from a couple where we were staring down the road & I must say it was everything they said it would be, so much food for a set menu, we thoroughly enjoyed it & the food was there within seconds of us sitting down, also a shout out to our lovely... More

You sit down, order drinks and they bring the food - meat skewer, rice paper, fried spring rolls, pancake. 110000 dong per person. Service was fast. However, some of the food was just warm (not freshly cooked hot). There are 3 seating area - inside, along the alleyway, or in the courtyard. The courtyard was nice and breezy but watch... More

Decent grub, maybe a bit on the pricey side (110k dong for all you can eat with one dessert). Might be better value if you have a monster appetite. Food was piping hot and delicious. The owner showed us how to make the wraps, and then carried on making them faster than we could eat them! Overall, a fun experience... More

Had an evening meal, no messing around with menu's or orders, you shall eat set menu. Surrounded by Vietnamese and a few worried backpackers, we stuffed our faces with an endless supply of spring rolls and beer. Great meal.
