Very tastefull

The food is very nice and tastefull and the restaurant is in a nice atmosphere with friendly service. One minor is that the wine isn't stored well, like almost everywhere in asia, so especially the open wines you cannot rely on a good quality. So better take a nice cold bear or a tea with the food!

This was by far the best food we ate in Hoi An, worth the trip out of town or stop here on your way back from Cai da beach. Well presented and clean.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant, with the river opposite, it was a great spot to be. The service was a little slow, but made up for by the yummy food we all shared. The special of pork belly was delicious. Great restaurant for families.

A fantastic meal at Son Hoi An. Slightly out of the way, it's well worth visiting! Classic Vietnamese with modern presentation. The most classy meal we've had in Vietnam. We had the bahn xeo (Vietnamese pancake) to start, chargrilled pork belly (wow!!), stuffed squid with pork and eggplant in a claypot. All absolutely delicious!! Also free peanuts to start and... Menu and food served is quiet authentic and tasty. Service is good. You might have to wait a while for food to be served, but no complaints there as it is freshly prepared.

We visited this restaurant twice and enjoyed the food on both occasions. It displayed the delicious flavours of Vietnamese food but was presented in a more modern way. The deck area at front of property has a lovely view over the river and occasionally catches a welcome breeze. We really enjoyed the fried rice with seafood.

We ate at Son last year when we visited Hoi An and was impressed with the level of service we received then. This time we took some friends with us. Things had changed in a year......prices had increased and the service wasn't quite as good but we still enjoyed ourselves and the food was good.

This restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel, so we dropped in for lunch. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the fish in clay pot, and my wife absolutely devoured the grilled pork belly (from the chefs specials). A cold glass for my beer was a nice touch on a hot day, and prices we very reasonable. One of... More

Visited for lunch today with husband and two kids. We had chicken pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) and morning glory with steamed rice. Meals were well presented, staff were friendly and obliging, and most of all, the meals were very tasty. Clean and well presented environment.
