Everything on the menu was a treat, so good ended up eating there several times and able to try not just the ordinary items but some of the more spicy as well, not to mention one item off the Weird and Wonderful section ;-) Even got to meet the wonderful Ms. Vu, thank you!

The food here is good - so it is in many other restaurants in Hoi An. It is unremarkable and not cheap. The accommodation is basic and noisy. It certainly does not seem to deserve its popularity, particularly when there are many restaurants at this time of year (August) which are not very busy. Plenty of nicer places to eat.

Visited last night with hubby, and was a bit underwhelmed. Yes, the restaurant is big, crowded, hot and full of tourists (no locals) - but that's not why we left a little disappointed. It was because the food was...just ok. Admittedly, we chose Asian fusion-type dishes (caramelised pork and five-spices pork), but it was the Vietnamese spring rolls that were... More

In the space of 2 days we had in Da Nang we came to Morning Glory 3 times. The food was amazing and the service staff was well spoken and polite Memorable dishes we had were the banh xeo, red snapper whole deep fried with mango salad, papaya salad, stuffed squid and of course morning glory!! Best food in hoi... More

Despite all those syncopatic "positive" reviews our experience was "shabby" to say the least honestly. We went there on advice from a local who was a waitress at the Ananantra Hotel (the best in town). After booking for dinner the first thing I noticed on arrival was the place was packed with tourists, - no locals! This is not generally... More

Thank you TripAdvisor members and people from Sydney we met in the ocean. This is to die for. Never had a meal and drinks for 6 @$12.50 per person ever that tags tested this good. Must do in Hoi An must book too!

Morning Glory was recommended to us by a random Aussie man and his lady who live in Ho Chi Minh city. It was the first restaurant we tried during our stay in Hoi An and we went back at least 5 times. When we weren;t dining at Morning Glory we frequented Cargo Bar and Lounge and The Market Restaurant (both... More

It's crowded, hot and looks like many other restaurants in the ancient town but this place is the real deal. Accommodating our children with chicken fried rice, my husband and I were free to indulge in the delights of the menu including the famed white rose dumplings, shrimp in coconut and pork stuffed squid. Staff are delightful, service is efficient... More

My husband and I love this place. The waiting staff are friendly and very good at explaining or making suggestions, the food is incredible and the prices even more so. We had a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine for around £25 (of which around half of that was the wine!). would very highly recommend. In particular the... More

This restaurant is so good you will often need to book. it is big, yet can still be full. Service is good, and it is one of the few places where the wine is acceptable and not too expensive.
