Outstanding food at a great price

Dishes here seemed very cheap, particularly compared to restaurants in the centre, but when ordered were absolutely excellent. Such delightful food and helpful staff, willing to explain to an ignorant westerner how to eat Vietnamese delicacies, make this a real treat!

This restaurant is on a quiet corner and very Western friendly, presenting Vietnamese dishes in an accessible (aka not very flavorful) way. The staff is very friendly and it's nice to support a great cause by eating here. However, I ate much better food elsewhere in Hoi An. I think many of the reviewers overstate the quality of food here....... More

First thing that i ordered was a Vietnamese dumpling. I could eat them all night long.you should definitely try. But keep in mind that they are just a starter. The fried noodle with vegetables and tofu is delicious as well. Great staff.

Laugh Cafe is a genuine gem amongst the hundreds of restaurants in Hoi An. This place deserves the high ratings. Basic delicious Vietnamese cuisine and seriously affordable prices. Just outside of the central market area - which allows them to to be so much cheaper. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend the chicken in banana leaf - just beautiful.

We looked out on finding the laugh cafe amongst the many restaurants here in Hoi An. Great staff, lovely food, and cheap prices (from 35,000 - 90,000).

Great food, good atmosphere and location. Felt pretty authentic Vietnamese too despite the area being quite touristy. The service was amazing too, and so reasonably priced! Great vegetarian selection

Amazing, we thought we'd never eat any better in Hoi An, but Laugh Cafe showed us we could! In their menu they show you the local suggestions, so we took 3 of them : spring rolls, won ton and white roses. Simple, but superb. Eventhough you have to roll the spring rolls yourselves, these were the best ones we found... More

...And it's a great cause helping and teaching the talented locals that need a hand. Well done! Great food, relaxed and chill atmosphere. It's shady with a breeze and the staff couldn't be better. Always with a smile and quick service. The ice cold beers even come with a "cozy" Well done. Take one of their cooking classes and try to... More

We first went to Laugh Cafe as part of the Great Taste of Hoi An food tour. And returned the next day for another serving of the local legendary cao lau noodle. The staff are treasures too.
