We tried this cafe ( no. 126 Tran Cao) after reading reviews. Check the location on a map first as it is a little hard to find. If is a Vietnamese style cafe- casual with the normal decor. The food was fantastic. I had a prawn dish which had been cooked in banana leaf. All of our group enjoyed their... More

The food was delicious! The staff were friendly and prompt. The beer was cold and cheap. The Wifi worked well. The setting was relaxed and welcoming. We ate here twice and were VERY pleased. Try the fish in banana leaves, the white rose (dumplings), and the Vietnamese (green mango) salad. They also do a cooking class; we were utterly disappointed... More

Been meaning to write this review for a while. We had five weeks in Vietnam and the Banh Xeo we had here was the best meal I had during our time in the country. I would go as far as to say that it was one of my favourite meals ever, anywhere. I guess sitting outside in the sunshine, with... More

This restaurant is just one of the best we made in Vietnam. Not expensive at all and the food is very good. Another thing very important is the staff who is very friendly and kind. I really recommend this place.

Laugh Cafe is located almost directly opposite Madame Kanh the Bahn Mi Queen. The restaurants outside of the Hoi An old town certainly provide better value and work much harder to attract customers. The food here is excellent and amazing value, and the fresh beer in cold glasses is only 3,000 Dong per glass. Thanks to Mr Huy, and the... More

After two trips in two years to Hoi An & having dined in this restaurant on 5 occasions I can honestly say this is as good a dining experience as you will get in Hoi An. Mr Huy is a super chef & a great deal of care is taken with every meal. Waiting staff speak English & although a... More

The food was amazing!! The atmosphere is so peaceful, away from the loud riverfront so you can just sit and relax. The whole staff is so sweet, I'm sad I didn't do the cooking classes! I went for dinner though 3 nights in a row because it was that good! The prices are by far the cheapest I could find... More
