Kept going back

Once I find a place that I like, I tend to go back there again and again. Laugh cafe is one of them. Probably because of the ice cold local beer for 4k dong. And food is good enough. Portion is ok and price is average for a cafe. Still don't understand why it costs 55k for 4 pieces of... read more

Found this little cafe by chance as we were wondering the streets close to our hotel just outside the Ancient City. Wonderful authentic home cooked food at reasonable prices. Excellent White Rose - 6 dumplings for around 45000 dong. Laugh cafe supports hospitality training by providing hands on experience. Went there three times during my visit in Hoi An.

Local dumpling and spring roll appetisers were extremely good. The fish in lemongrass wrapped in banana leaf was flavoursome. Everyone else was happy with their choices. Very friendly service and very good value. Thanks for the vote if you found this helpful.

Absolutely fabulous little place. Went our first night in Hoi An, and was so good we went back for the last night as well. Spring rolls and wontons were both the best I have had in Vietnam. Tucked away on one of the less-busy streets, so happily you won't have the never-ending stream of locals approaching you and trying to... More

The restaurant serves superb food, very well priced and good service. Hue also ran a private cooking class for me and two teenage boys. It was hands on, food we could replicate once we went home and the end products delicious. Hue's English is excellent and he can tell you a lot about the produce and traditions. Hue also went... We had lunch here, food was amazing and so cheap wasn't even the equivalent to Aus$20 and my husband had 3 beers plus we had tones of food. Try the won tons and the passion fruit juice. We're heading back tonight for dinner!!

We were looking for some good restaurant on our way back from beach. We were searching through tripadvisor some near our current position but nothing was according to our imagination. And then we just turn left to a smaller and quiter street and there it was, the Laugh Cafe Restaurant. The staff was great, as well as the food, we... More

I found this restaurant by accident and I am very grateful I did. There is great food and great friendly service. But it is the chef HUY that made this restaurant for me. His English is excellent and he is the only one in Vietnam to give me a private cooking class....this is great for me since I have been... More
