Lamb Hot Pot

This restaurant was close to our hotel. We walked past most days and noticed the special..OK its not a local dish , but it was cooked to perfection and was lovely. This has both indoor and outdoor seating and we opted for the outdoor and it was perfect.

This came recommended but I can't see why. The food was acceptable fare but nothing special. The service the same. The highlight was a rat running around the garden! Luckily we were amused - I think you have t expect these things when not in a western setting.

We were very sorry that the Rough Guide review of 2012 was not right in 2015. The setting was lovely and it was a pleasure to chat with the chef. Food average.

Enjoyed an excellent dinner with exceptional service from the waitresses and chef. Great location in a not too noisy section of a very cool neighborhood. The French style cheese platter was a great starter for the meal. I would eat here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Hoi An.

As another review mentions, Rough Guides suggests this as THE place to go. What a let down. Nice setting, lovely garden, short but decent menu. First they didn't have my boyfriend's choice, then they changed their minds and didn't have mine. No Cao Lau in Hoi An? Really?! The food was ok, but definitely nothing special. My seafood noodles were... More

This is one of the nicer restaurants for me in Hoi An. Not for the food, which is average, and the choice is limited, but for the nice garden. Quite large in comparison to other cramped outdoor seating areas in Hoi An, nice decoration and just a very nice, really relaxing atmosphere.

Been in Vietnam over a week now and tried various restaurants in Hoi An. This was by far the best. Personal welcome by the owner, a table on the terrace, and they fitted us in despite having a big group party at the same time. We had clams and goats cheese with honey to start. Superb flavours and good portion... More

We had dinner here based on the trip advisor reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Each dish was really good and the service was prompt and friendly. Great spot along the river and although it is a few spots down from the main hub of everything, it is worth trying.

Nice, classy restaurant on the other side of the bridge which meant it was quiet. Setting was nice and good, attentive service. Menu is not very big, focus is on seafood. We both enjoyed our meals. Reasonable wine list.

In a city like Hoi An where the restaurant owners are competing about getting the tourists to come and have their mass produced food, this place really stands out. They have opted for a high end offering, not competing for the budget traveler. The food is absolutely great, we ordered a selection of seafood dishes, a lovely lemongrass soup, three... More
