Cheap beer, great food

Stumbled upon this place by accident, as I love to explore small lanes and side streets...only later I found out its fame here on tripadvisor! First visit was just to try the dirt cheap bia hoi, just 3.000 dong for a glass...Had some springrolls with it, yummy! Then came back the same evening for... read more

We read a review online about this place being opposite our hotel and how it was good, so we decided to check it out, 4/5 days in hoi an and pretty much most days breakfast and dinner, some days lunch too! Beers cheap, food is good and not expensive so gives you a chance to try loads of different things!... More

The food is delicious and you can get a fresh glass of beer for 3k dong. Great choice when on a budget.

A little gem of a restaurant, serving home made Vietnamese dishes and bit of everything else. The ultimate spot for a back packer on a budget too with added both us of 3000 dong beers. Staff are lovely too :)

Set in a back street but well worth searching this one out! Went on recommendation and returned ever day after that! Very friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. Draft beer only 3000 VND. Food all freshly prepared and very tasty. Portions big and excellent value for money. Give it a try you won't be disappointed and will sure... More

We stumbled upon this place while walking around town and were drawn in by the sign advertising beer for 3000 Dong. It is located on a nice quiet street not far from the old town. The food is very affordable and they have a large selection of all the vietnamese classics, as well as some of the local favourites. When... More

This review is quite late. We read rave reviews about Cafe 43 so we searched for it on our first day in Hoi An. We came for dinner to sample on the local fare and we were not disappointed. The place was crowded so we had to wait for a while to get a seat. The food they serve on... More

This was an amazing resturant. Unfortunately we didint discover it until the night before we were leaving so we only got a coffee and some delicious banana chocolate pancakes. We liked it so much that we whent there again after dinner to get deserts with some friends. The food that we saw look't really good.

We were cycling around for ages checking out the countryside and ended up riding past Cafe 43. Saw the sign for 3000 dong beers (18c AUD) and couldn't not stop. What we found though was much much more - authentic setting, amazing food (please, try the stuffed squid!!) and ridiculously low prices. The service was amazing too. Drink all the... More

Original restaurant we wanted was closed and I wanted a good vegetarian meal and this is definitely what I got. The veg spring rolls to start were fab and the vegetarian curry was probably the best asian curry I have ever had and the price was unbelievably cheap. Husband had chicken in banana leaf, which was well cooked and great... More
