Lovely terras, nice grill, excellent grilled vegies

This restaurant is ok. Their grilled vegatables were great though. Stake was not bad either. Slighly more expensive then Buenos Aires. Even after the deducted the tax (something like 12%). This happens automaticly when you when you pay with a non Urguyan credit card!

I went in here because I was about to leave Uruguay without having a famous Paradilla and there were a few people already eating there (though the restaurant was largely empty inside.) I asked for a table for one (in Spanish) and the guy just looked at me, it's definitely a just sit down place, but he was rude. When... More

Busy place with many people under a canopy that took up the sidewalk. You have to walk by on the street to get by. Many dogs were lying around unperturbed. Had a snack of patates - large portion as were the many platters I saw around me - various parillas, burgers, chivitas and salads. Good service. Everyone was having fun... More

Nice restaurant, reasonably priced. On the main street (General Flores). Lots of seating outside. Order the chivito platter for 2. It is plenty of food. This along with beer for 2 costs about $30.00. This restaurant accepts VISA, but NOT American Express, Uruguayan pesos, Argentine pesos ans U.S. dollars. You are best off paying with US dollars if you can.... More

Located on the main street of Colonia. Great food, specializes in meat dishes. Very friendly and correct service. Big plates (donot order too much), nice drinks, fair prices. What did strike us were the very good looking street dogs that like to lie down at your table to take a nap, and are not bothered by the restaurant. We love... More

We were visiting this charming "Colonia del Sacramento" town. We wanted pizza. We stopped here to eat it. It was just average. The photo of the pizza we ordered was totally different from what the menu shows. Yes, the photo on the menu makes it look delicious! It shows it with black olives & roasted garlic on top. When it... The service is very good, also the quality of the food. The place is a bit boring and not really clean, but to be fastfood it is acceptable. The price is too high, as all places in Colonia. If you has time try to find a place a bit longer away from the city. If not, this place is ok... More

The food was quite good, but we had to fight hard to get *fresh* bread, to the point that I had to fetch it myself since the management was ignoring our waitress's request. half of us table had to wait for 30 minutes since the other half was served..., so we all had a chance to admire the other half...
