They serve "Dosas" which are essentially Indian style sandwiches in a crepe-like wrap. I absolutely loved the curried chicken, and the... More

Their dosas are good and plenty, their teas are equally generous. Whatever you choose, mare sure you get the mango chutney with it. The low is fast and easy, and good value.

We found this place on the last day of our stay in the Hamptons otherwise we would have eaten here more often for sure. Very tasty Indian flavours and a great spot to eat outdoors by the green area in Amagansett .

Stopped in here to have lunch with a friend who lives in the area. Everything was very delicious and really fresh. Love the dosa! I wish this place existed in my home town. I'd eat here at least 3 times a week.

I don't usually get excited about eateries. Hampton Chutney is just great - huge portions of delicious dosas. You really can't get much better, especially value and quality in East Hampton which can often be overpriced and under-delivered. If you are "grabbing lunch" in the Hamptons, here is where you do it. I'm back in Australia now writing this review,... More

Chutney. Good, right? Dosas and South Indian food. Also good, yes? Yes. Put them together and you have a delicious combination that can be found at Hampton Chutney in Amagansett in the Hamptons. What started off as just a chutney company, Hampton Chutney has since expanded to a full menu restaurant with its original location in the Hamptons, and two locations... dosas, himalayan rice, all sorts of chutneys, pumpkin, cilantro mango, in a yoga school environment, kirtan playing, all sorts of saints on the walls. the food is cooked by south american, the place is owned by a lovely jewish couple, it can only happen in the hamptons, or new york, priced correctly on the reasonable end, bring the family and...
