In an unassuming ally way of Konya. Well prepared traditional old world food not a fancy place but fantastic food ,the menu was well explained by the staff and they are very helpful. Took us back in time to other world long long time ago. Well worth it.

This restaurant is quite different from the standard traditional Turkish restaurants: it carries old recipes inspired to the dervish fair and the presentation is so different. The food is quite good. Our second waiter was a bit grumpy, so I gave the restaurant one star less

I found this restaurant by chance ( the only one to be opened during the 1st of may wich is a free day) and I brought there 2 turquish colleagues from Istanbul. The food is great with fine sophisticated mixtures of flavors. I've been told by my local colleagues that the plates served there were very rare and for some... More

We went there in ramadam time and we had no reservation. The restaurant was fully booked so the asked us to come back a litle later, because in ramadan time people eat quickly and then go away soon. When we came later they had set up a table with all kind of small eats like people eat in ramadan. Verry... More

Average at best .... Went there based on reviews, a little difficult to find Turkish food but have definitely had much better at other locations ... Apricot chicken was not clear that it was thigh meat which I am not a fan of Appetizers are below average Service and atmosphere meh at best Overall not worth your time

Four of us have been traveling in Turkey for ten days. It is the worst restaurant we've been. Too much oil in salad. The kebab has nothing to eat. So does the lamb and beef. However, it is soooo expensive. DO NOT step into this restaurant !!!! 负分!!差评!! 这家店是我们十天土耳其之行最差的一餐,没有之一!

Absolutely wonderful experience. As we sat down, the host asked us where we're from (NYC), then explained the history of the restaurant and style of food (why dishes use figs, almonds, butter, etc). From there, we just went with his recommendations for the best dishes - three appetizers (green beans, stuffed artichoke and grape leaves) and one main dish (pottery... More

Somatci was the greatest restaurant experience we had in our 10 days trip in Tourkey. Authentic food, nice performance and very friendly staff. The prices are resonable. I strongly recommentded.

Although the locals dont prefer Somatci for reasons I dont know, when I had a layover at Konya I decided to visit this place given very good reviews on Tripadvisor. I must admit the reviews are precise, the food was very original and tasty, and the staff was made of people who love their jobs and always trying to get... More
