They treated us as if they did not want us to come back, and they succeeded. Good location on a strip of restaurants facing the water. It looks like other restaurants nearby. Nice display of seafood, which looked very fresh. English-speaking host seated us and then abandoned us. The waiters ignored us and were rude when they spoke to us.... More

We enjoyed the location (walking distance from the Swissotel and overlooking the water). The fish was fresh and prepared expertly. We enjoyed picking our own fish and spices. We found the prices to be reasonable. The service was very good.

against the strong dolar-euro it will not that expensive for the tourists but as many locals have written here it is expensive for the Turkish people. 1 duble raki 20tl (cidden ayip) all the mezes were fine, deep fried calamari was very good.. if you go this restaurant make sure that you try the fresh noodle(eriste) with seafood, it is... Fresh fish and other sea food, lovely salads, premium service and nice environment. My recommendations are grilled calamari, grilled red sea bream, coban salad and atom ( a Turkish mezze with hot spicy dried peprika and yoghurt).

As I said: don't go if you have an alternative. Its Nov 16 now and we had a decent dinner with decent fish quality and we are paying 150€ per couple at the moment.... no lobster no calamari no crabs no mussels....Just plain fish...There are many more better fish restaurants in Izmir...... find another place where you will not feel... After a nice walk in the evening, we found this amazing restaurant. We asked for a seat outside, and got one “in first row” so we could follow the evening life in the sunset. Quickly after we got seated,we was asked to follow inside, to pick our own fish. We choose some shrimps as starter, and was asked to order... More

Walked past this restaurant and it was busy so we decided to dine here- and it was a wonderful decision. We were taken to the fridge cabinet to choose our seafood and sides. Food was good, but the wine was great- they had a great selection of Turkish wines. Service was good- they were attentive when required.

My Turkish client took me to this place for what turned out to be a truly great experience. Superb service and just the place if you want an upmarket sea food restaurant. The Turksih white wine YAZGAN I think it was a - Savignon Blanc was just fantastic.
