This place is just a relentless assault on the taste buds (in the nicest possible way.) Gaziantep is the home of turkish food and this restaurant is our favourite - its perfect in every way. Standouts included the lentil soup, icli kofte, kunefe and the mains. There is just one item I would recommend they ditch and that's the fried... More

They have 2 locations. And the food is excellent. Generally what ever they serve the taste is superb. They are soo good in kebap taste that they compete in Gaziantep with Imam Cagdas and Kelebek as the best tasting kebaps in the world.

This restaurant offers one the best Gaziantep cousin with very reasonable prices but until recently only the locals were aware of it. However it is still a hidden gem needs to be found. The ambience may be surprising, moreover can be found uncomfortable for some, but when you taste the meals I am sure you will forget where you are.... More

At Çulcuoğlu Et Lokantası, one chooses the meat dish and the beverage, and the rest is taken care of. In our case, several kinds of salads, (delicious ezogelin) soup and the obligatory bread was served. By the time your main course arrives, you barely have any place left. The kebabs were good: the adana kebab was spicy - not for... More

the meal is basically planned for you, save for the meat, which you choose upon entering. it's a bit disconcerting at first, but go with it! totally an awesome, local place...GO!

If you're hungry, you shouldn't miss that place.A little bit difficult to find for foreigners, a real heaven for gourmets though. For meat lovers of course. If you are a vegetarian the whole may be disappointing.I strongly recommend.

Centrally located, this is an eatery for the local people. As far as we can tell we were the only tourists in this place both times we ate there. This is a large restaurant, mainly a kebab house. But the trick is to recognize that you only choose the kind of kebab you wish to eat, and all the rest... More

My husband and I dined her twice while we were in Gaziantep. We had a difficult time pronouncing the name, so we called it "The Happening Place" because it is a beehive of activity, complete with a large fake tree trunk in the middle of the place. The name translates to Culcuoglu Meat Restaurant. There is no written menu because... More

Absolutely the food and the deserts were very delicious. It gives you totally the spirit of gaziantep cousine to you. But most of the people visiting there was only gaziantep citizens and Turkish tourists. Because of language problem with the waitress , you can have some difficulty for ordering your lunch. we paid 100 US dollars for 10 people exclude... More

We ventured down to the less touristy south eastern part of Turkey to investigate the food and visit some antiquities. A number of restaurants in London are named after the towns of this region, which provide the cuisine for their menues. We decided to test the food at the source. Our hotelier insisted that we went to Çulcuoğlu Et Lokantasi... More
