Stopped for dinner on the recommendation of our tour guide and we were so pleased that we went out of our way to return the following night. Great value, great taste, cute little place. The owner made us feel at home.

Menu changes almost daily but always a wide selection of tasty foods to choose from. Friendly owner and staff. Always a place for me to stop at when in Ürgüp.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant. We loved it. Great lentil soup. I've been trying to duplicate this soup since I've been home, but haven't been able to get it right yet. Here you order at a counter and your food is served to you at your table. They have a limited menu of local foods that were quite good. A pleasant and inexpensive meal.

Delicious Typical Turkish home made food, small local restaurant owned by a family, the mother and daughter in law doing the cooking and the son serving, extremely clean (everywhere), speaking english and German, kind helpful people, nothing fancy or glamourous but real essence of combination of well cooked tasty local food and the most gentle serving

If you are in the centre of Urgup and feel hungry, rush to this unpretentious but excellent little restaurant, where each day they cook a number of specific dishes and a delicious sweet. Extremely clean and cheap.
