A wonderful retreat suggested by our fellow guest in the hotel. And i regreat that we visit this place only on out last day. This place is full of character. The owner was very helpful in making us comfortable and with his suggestions of food choice. Its a must visit of you are visiting the area.

We had dinner at Topdeck on the strength of its reviews and walked away wondering if we had been eating at the same place. The food was fine, although nothing special when compared to what we found elsewhere either in Cappadocia or during a month in Turkey. While we liked the simple menu - only a few choices of meze... My friend and I are complete foodies, but this thoughtfully prepared meal completely blew us away. The menu is deceptively simple, but course after course, my friend and I could not stop raving about the quality and taste of the food. We shared the mezze platter, mushroom soup, boreki, and chicken main dish, and found it hard to pick a... More

We took a walking tour with the famous Mehmet, and this was a top recommendation for restaurants in Goreme. He even took us to the restaurant to make a reservation with the owner, since it only has a few tables and fills up quickly. Contrary to another reviewer, I found this restaurant very flavorful. It was one of the highlights... More

We had dinner at this restaurant at the beginning of April after seeing that it ranked third on Trip Advisor. Great atmosphere, friendly service but the food was below average. We came to the conclusion that all those reviews must be written by foreigners that have never tasted good Turkish food, especially the mezes. Though I have to give credit... More

We decided to go there at last minute so we didn't book a table in advance but we were very lucky that there was a small available for two of us. We had a tight budge so we shared a dinner meze and a lamb diner main. Both are very very tasty. And their home-made bread is very yummy as well:... More

Topdeck was undoubtedly the highlight of our dining experience in Cappadocia. Beautiful setting and honest family-run restaurant that is sure to leave you satisfied and happy after a big day of exploring. Ordered the medium meze, lamb main dish (to die for), and the baklava for dessert and it was more than enough for two hungry travellers. Well priced at... More

Nothing short of our best meal in turkey so far. Loved it so much we went back a second time. Highly recommend the daily soups, the mezze platter and the lamb main course. All really excellent!

It is a family-owned, tiny and cute restaurant. All the waiters and owner speak English very well. They are very intimate and make you feel home. Food is very delicious although there are not many options in the menu. Yet, meze plate would be enough for you to make your dinner memorable.

Went there twice, once last year, once this year. It just won't disappoint. The food is absolutely of the top level u can get from cappadocia and maybe even the whole Turkey. Even for the most simple and usually all-the-same bread, topdeck has it's own bread and that's definitely the best bread served with meal I've had in Turkey. The... More
