Visit this restaurant every year, and every year gets better! Not sure how they do it. Steak to die for and paella excellent also? Pleased they are still busy in their new location. Book - well worth it. Hope they manage to get spot back on the harbour! Good luck Memmet! X

Another great meal - I had a fantastic steak and my husband had the Ottoman Lamb, it was all delicious. Definitely one to include on your list of restaurants!

They had to move from the seafront after the big fire but they haven't lost their (pink!) touch. The food was absolutely amazing, and all the staff were attentive and friendly. Please don't walk past this lovely place - it is just before the post office on the way into town. Lovely bay views too.

Once again - food was amazing and service was great. Sea Bass and Prawns was the best yet. Perfect last meal to wrap up a fantastic holiday.

We had read good reviews in Lonely Planet so decided to try. They were crowded when we arrived but quickly and easily seated us. I had the Moussaka which they brought to the table in a special cooker that kept it hot. It was served with rice pilaf. My wife had the Paella. This Paella was different than others in... More

We decided to eat here based on the good reviews on this site, the food was OK but by no means the best we had during our 10 day stay, the service was hurried with my wifes plate containing an appetizer that she was still eating being whipped away and replaced with her starter ! the main course also appeared... We were a bit dubious about the change of location after the fire but decided to go and and see Mehmet and the boys on our first night and were not disappointed, still the same staff, still great tasting food and service, steaks were amazing and yoghurt kebab was to die for, so good that we went back 2 more... Considering the problems that beset this business over the winter as a result of the harbour fire I can only be impressed by what they have achieved! Maybe not as chic as the harbour but in a few short weeks they have set up a Restuarant that will match the very best Kalkan has to offer. Beautiful food, wonderful service... More

After suffering the loss of their old premises in the fire at the harbour, we decided that we would eat at Mussakka on our first night in Kalkan. Huge respect to Mehmet and his team for getting their new premises open so quickly. The food was as brilliant as before. Complimentary bread, olives, village cheese and a tomato/chilli relish. We...
