Description: In Sibel's Four Seasons Restaurant, a rustic building made from local stones and wood, the owner, Sibel Hatapoglu Kollinsky, cooks daily with support from assistant Rahime.  Home-style Turkish cooking, with local and seasonal dishes and international cuisine, are part of their repertoire.Homemade bread, freshly-squeezed juices and selfmade cakes give every meal a special element. In summer, dining takes place on the stone terrace with views to the majestic Tahtali (Olympos) Mountain (2365m) or under the shady vine arbor. On colder days, the rustic dining room, with its wood-burning stove (always with a pot of Turkish tea), has a cosy atmosphere.Sibel's Four Seasons Restaurant is situated in the mountain village of Beycik, 80 km south of Antalya, in the center of the Olympos-Beydaglari National Park.  In the surrounding forests, pastures and mountains, hikers find a variety of walks for all abilities.  Forest roads offer good possibilities for mountain biking and people interested in nature can find a large number of beautiful flowers and bird species native to the area.

Lovely authentic turkish local experience. Goats stew really tasty and cheesecake to die for. Relaxed atmosphere among the olive trees. Fantastic pomegranate dressing for salad. Thoroughly recommend.

Foods were good but servise was so weak and slow. Staf was tired and looking like wants to go home. Prices are more expensive than deserve.

My wife and I have a property in Beycik so we have got to know Sibel and Christian and Four Seasons Restaurant very well. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome from them both and their staff. The setting is spectacular and the food likewise. A real must visit.

We visited Sibels Four Seasons restaurant after reading the good reviews on TA. It's just a short drive from Cirali to Beycik, it's in the mountains and a perfect location when it is too hot on the beach. There are lovely views from the restaurant and the food was really good. We had a mixed meze for starter, I had... More

We chanced upon this restaurant by chance and our meal there became one of the highlights of our time in Turkey, and undoubtedly the best meal we had while we were there. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by fruit trees and with a backdrop of the mountains. It seems much of the food is grown locally, the olive oil produced... More

We called at Sibel's on our way back from a week's stay in Cirali to the airport at Antalya. It's a bit of a trek up the mountains to reach this place, but how glad we were that we made the effort. It was one of the highlights, if not THE highlight of the holiday. Amazing food, in a simple... More

This was our second holiday to the area in two years and we just had to return to Sibels restaurant. It's situated up in the mountains at the foot of Mount Olympos and you eat fantastic, home made local food, much of it home grown in the shade of fig, walnut and olive trees. We loved the home grown salads... More

This is a lovely family run restaurant with fantastic views. The couple are very friendly – Sibel’s husband was chatting with us while Sibel prepared the meals – it was like dining at a friend’s place! The food was very tasty (with good vegetarian options). Spacious garden with toys – my little one loved running around. Only downside is that... More

We enjoyed Sibel's cooking so much that we had dinner, lunch and a brunch at Sibel's Four Season's. After a week of restaurant food in the Cirali area, it was a relief to find Sibel's. The food is extremely carefully sourced (from garden and the village whenever possible) and as wholesomely prepared as you would cook for your own family.... More
