I like the design in the restaurant. The staff is not very friendly and nor their boss. The food was good, but little expensive.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant as we liked the look of the atmosphere, nice music, relaxed but still intimate (especially as a lot of the restaurants here are typical "Mediterranean beach resort" we fancied something different). We couldn't fault the service, the staff knew the food inside out and everything is fresh every day so they tell you... More

I have been in this restaurant several times on my previous visits and it was amazing but the last time when I visit the restaurant I understand that the owner and most of the waiters and chef changed. I had whiting fish as usual and the fish was as bad as plastic and smelly. We waited over 45 mins for... More

... Which lead to our food being served cold. We ordered the mixed grill special. It was a lot of food but the price tag was slightly high. We also ordered a bottle of local rose wine that was surprisingly good (Bella). The food tasted ok, nothing wrong with it but would not go back. Really friendly staff though!

Visited this restaurant on two consecutive days. The first day we had the special that was 18 euro per head which consisted of various dips, lovely Turkish bread and fantastic service. Second day went back with our newly acquired friends to be warmly welcomed by a recognised smile. This time we chose different dishes and was pleasantly surprised to get... More

This was our first and definitely the last time we visited in Ottoman House. It was the worst place we have ever been in Alanya. There was an elderly man who was very impolite and he didn't even allowed the other waiters to serve us. He got angry when we didn't order any wine and the most expensive portions. Food... More

We Had one of the best meals of our holiday at Ottoman. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere great. We went on fish night and was great. Huge portion, Tuna was fresh and taste was amazing. Would fully recommend.

We've been regular visitors to the Ottoman House over the last six years and I have always recommended the place but after eating there last week my opinion has completely changed. The menu has changed from being reasonable value and interesting to overpriced tourist fayre. My 40tl meal consisted of a mixed meze which could have come off a cheap... More
