After being mistreated at Skiff's down the street, we came to Dockside. We were extremely hungry and pleasantly surprised when our food came out quite quickly. We ordered a Delicious, juicy sandwich on crispy bread, and a very tasty burger with a beef-veggie soup. We had a great meal! Thank you!

We love the breaded wings at the dockside and return for them many times a year. They have a great antipasto salad. They do take out as well. Order on the phone and pick them up in about 20 min, or so.

Nothing fancy for sure, but good pub food and friendly service, regular A Bay locals if you like that atmosphere (we do). Can't beat the prices when comparing with other places around the corner who list same selections for double the price to catch the tourists.

We go to Dockside Pub every time we are in A-Bay. Seems like things are different. New staff and less customers. Went in on a Saturday early evening and not one other customer was there. Cannot comment on the food as we chose not to eat there.

First, it was a bitter cold evening, and it was wonderful to enter their cozy, warm restaurant. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the breaded shrimp and home-made fries. They have a great chef who makes fresh, tasty pub food (not too fatty, either), no matter how cold it is outside!

I find myself returning to The Dockside for the Cranberry walnut Salad every time we go to Alexandria Bay. I find the Pub serves a good lunch menu and the location provides excellent people watching. The only issue is the restrooms but it is a Pub.

Food was yummy. Appears to be homemade. Staff was attentive. Service was good. Ambience was fun for a local hangout. Would definitely eat here again.

The first thing you'll note is that there is no dock or water in sight. The Dockside is on a side street off the main drag in Alex Bay. It's small, dark, noisy, crowded and I wouldn't have it any other way.Though it's not what I would call a kid friendly place, I take the grand kids for the poutine... More

Don't get the "Creamy tomato soup". There is zero cream in it. It is thick and basically, to be frank- it's pasta sauce. Literally the soup is pasta sauce. Ill include a picture. Everyone in my family was disgusted. The waitstaff was very chaotic. Nice inside pub feel however.

Ate there 2 nights in a row (pizza to go, after a long day). Pizza was very good. Only negative was the service was very slow.
