Have used Bake for breakfasts, lunch & dinners plus takeaways since it opened and it's always been excellent. The bread is always fresh and they serve brilliant coffee and panini. Sadly of late the rotisserie chickens have become smaller and v tough, the salad on a couple of occasions has been bad as old brown leaves were used and so... More

Please first let me said we used to like this place. But in the last couple of visits they have gone steadily down hill. Maybe is because we live in Thailand and you get used to people greeting you and being polite. Not the case here. And the breakfast they served used to be nice, what happened? If you are... More

I have eaten at Bake (and the other restaurants in the complex) since it opened. In its early days, the service experience was on a par with the parent Twin Palms hotel (which I've also dined in many times over the years). In more recent months, I have noticed a marked decline is service. While the F&B on offer is... More

Bake/Flame etc. is not as good as before - and I visited the place many times in recent years since their opening. If you can stand long waiting for getting seated under the heat of the ovens, you will still need to remain cold-blooded for facing their "service". It is perhaps the only place in Thailand, the "land of smiles',... More

Our meal was very good at the flame. The kebabs and the split roasted chicken were amazing. It was an enjoyable meal after a week of thai food and it catered for all tastes. Good value and worth the visit.

Have visited the Laguna area branch many, many times, mainly for takeaway breads, croissants & pastries. All Very good quality. Recently stopped by their branch near Central Festival. Excellent service & coffee plus cakes to die for. Perfect antidote to living just on the local cuisine.

The food at Bake is wonderful. They do a wonderful latte and the quality of product is great. What is lacking is the customer service. If the staff get busy, they seem to panic and it all goes downhill. If you are content to wait 30 minutes for a coffee and 45 minutes to get food - go. If not,... More

A very popular haunt for the foreigners staying in the Cherng Talay (Laguna) area. Breakfast is decent with good coffee to boot. A good range of artisan breads, pastries and gourmet sandwiches as well.

Long term resident. I live nearby. This was, for years, one of our favourite places. Today it was horrible. Poor service, AC on low so it was hot. We waited 22 minutes for our coffee and pastry (already made... just needed to be served to us) and LEFT. We walked out. It was so horrible. There is no management, or... More

Bake have a few branches around Phuket and I often visit their shop at British International School which provides okay service. The girls are pleasant and the coffee okay. Today (Sunday September 15th) I decided to try their new shop on Bypass Road in Phuket town for breakfast. Arrived there at 10.45am and was told by the Manager that breakfast... More
