My boyfriend and I were planning on eating at the halfway inn on the same street but when we arrived it was packed so we kept walking and found song pee nong which was amazing! I ordered the garlic and vegetable fried rice (which was the best fried rice I've ever had) and the tomyum soup which was also amazing!... More

Liked - well located, off the main drag at Patong. Patronised by locals and tourists alike. Meals very reasonably priced, e.g. 100 BHT for Pad Thai with Beef, Chicken or Pork; other places 140+ BHT. Fresh, authentic Thai cooking and friendly staff who understood English.

We have been staying at the Horizon now for about 10 years and can highly recommend the food and service at this great little place. We eat here at least 6/7 times each visit and have never been disapointed!!! The prawn cakes and chicken pad thai are yummo.... will be back in August to dine again!!

We actually went looking for this restaurant, having eaten here a few years previously. It was even better than we remembered, and based on food and cost, was our favourite on this visit. The food was delicious and plentiful, with prompt service. It got very busy but the staff handled this well. Will be going again on our visit later... More
