The main waitress is lovely and did her best to get my Thai shrimp curry just right! Although still a touch too hot, overall it was good..plus very cheap! My son always enjoys the spring rolls.. Nicer than most along that stretch as less noisy and more chilled

My daughter noticed this place so we went for it. Pretty good for a farang joint. Liked the masaman curry. Service was attentive, prices okay. It's a good enough place to have a meal if you're in the area.

It doesn't look like much and the rest room isn't worth mentioning... But the food is definitely worth mentioning and so are the prices. If you're the type that loves delicious Thai food at very reasonable prices, this is the place! The panang curry was really good, so was the fried rice and the papaya salad. The same goes for... Other than beef was good, but beef I could eat. Taste was strange and meat crunchy. Small family run Restaurant middle in the Bar street.

Ate 3 dishes here with my husband but he only had a little of the Papaya salad and I ate most. I was in bed for the next 24 hours when I was not in the bathroom. So my advice don't order salads- perhaps I should have known this anyway as they are not kept in the refrigerator. Think it... More

I actually wanted to go to Moon Smile & Patoo but the queue seemed to long, and I happened upon this family run restaurant just a few doors down. The food and service were excellent. I had the green papaya salad, chicken green curry and steamed rice and a large Singha beer and the total cost was THB240, can't complain... More

Perfect typical, family run gem of a restaurant. Friendly service and food excellent, interestingly most of the restaurants on this road have staff outside encouraging you in, Bam Bam doesn't so is less intimidating and the food does the job to ensure you return time and time again! Not to forget the bill for 3 including drinks was approx £10!... More

I was introduced to Bam Bam by an English couple who 'adopted' me during my 3 month solo stay n Hua Hin a few years back, they had repeated their vows in this restaurant in full Thai dress, and the family owners and they were very close. I would have kept walking past if not for them, however I am... More

If one of the other restaurants on this street are closed, Bam Bam is a good substitute. Good food, good prices. Would definitely recommend it.

Another popular Thai restaurant on the short strip of Poon Suk Road. The food may take a while to be served during busy hour, although the wait is well worth it. Tried the Pad Thai and Tom Yum Kung and they were all good. On the day I visited the restaurant, I did note a high percentage of returning customer... More
