Being a vegetarian, I was struggling for finding food at Chiang Rai on my 1st day till I bumped into connect cafe in trip advisor. I must admit not only did i get to eat some vegetarian food, i was lucky enough to get to eat some very great food as well. The quality of food was amazing and the... More

Such a convenient location located right across from the bus terminal. It's a great place to pass the time if you need to, or to get some great good and drinks. Smoothies are amazing and so is their pad thai.

We had dinner here on our first night in Chiang Rai, and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for breakfast. What drew us to this restaurant is the cute dog, Kit Kat and the positive reviews on Trip Advisor. The location is easy to find, as it is directly opposite the Bus Depot. The menu is considerably... We were in Chiang Rai for the first time and the restaurant owner provided us tips and recommendations for places to stay and visit. Very comfortable to sit and wait for our bus with free wifi. Oh..and the little Chihuahua named "Kitkat" was a delight, he stopped by and greeted every guests. Thanks for the great service and smile, we... More

This place is right across from the bus station and has a cozy interior. Besides all that, the food was pretty average and portions tiny for the price. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you wanted a quick meal near the bus stop.

Very warm welcome, lovely homemade sandwiches, pastries and Thai food, cozy and comfortable sofas and chairs, very child friendly. A cool place worth a visit for a coffee or a beer and a chill

Tip: next to the bus station. Very convenient location for the bus station and good for internet. Very mediocre food and overpriced. I had several different things and I didn't enjoy any. The smoothies are not natural, muffins aren't great... The grilled cheese sandwich were positively disgusting. And I paid $2.3/ each for it.

This is a rare find for Thailand - the sort of cafe that actually does Western meals the way Westerners are used to. The staff had genuine smiles and the service was friendly and efficient. Another reviewer complains of them charging to recharge phone batteries, but they are right opposite the bus station and it is not hard to envisage... More
