Good food and reasonably priced. Lovely setting and the service was top shelf. Seafood is their specialty and was very fresh and well presented.

you can pay to sit on the deck chairs and also have food stalls there to eat while you relax on the beach. Always water sports available there

It boggles my mind that the Thai government doesn't invest some of the tourist dollars to clean the beaches. We were told that Pattaya was like Phuket but those people must be walking around with a blind fold on. There simply is nothing inviting about the water to make one want to swim in it.

We were informed by locals that Pattaya was developed during the Vietnam War as a place of R&R for American GI's. It must have been incredibly beautiful & unspoiled during the 1960's * although it is fringed with palm trees & has a Tropical feel we found it to be overcrowded with both sun loungers & vendors of every kind.... Noisy, polluted, overcrowded. Speed boats, jet skis. Deck chairs by the hundred. Central beach really doesn't invite relaxation. Try Jomteim instead.

Like the beach front rim Talay with the best location on the beach with food, drinks and views. Lovely live music and great seats right in the sandy beach. Beautiful sun sets and attentive staff and we also lie the sun beds for the day time.

Only a small beach but very long, always crowded by mid day. The Thais know how to give service on the beach, always eager to sell beer and food to you.

The place is lively at all times. Request all fellow travellers to prevent anybody littering the place from doing so. It's a good place to spend a leisurely time, you would not like litter all around.
