Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we tried all four restaurants located just off the beach in front of the JW Marriott - Blue Mist, Andaman, Phen's and Mama's Greeting this week - mid January 2015. All four are equally great, with friendly service, fresh and tasty food - remarkable value at an average of about 600 Baht (under $30) for four... More

Had dinner here 1 night , about 100 meters from beach , each table has it's own little beach hut as such , nice tasting food and cold drinks , good service from staff always checking that everything was ok , there is 3 beach restaurants next to each other here and they are all about the same price for... Now re - located some 75 metres from the old beach location along a sand path. Same staff, great menu, good food and excellent prices. A full and varied menu and nice covered seating arrangements. Still some construction work going on but well worth a visit.

We are here several times and would always come back after visiting the others. Others were good but we found the owner and staff were what made our visits here more enjoyable, very friendly and efficient. Beautiful food.. We were very lucky to experience their restaurant on the beach before they moved backed.. Actually we are at both! Yum we... More

Beautiful laid back restaurant with tables on the sand. We went here on our second last night staying at the Marriott next door. The food was excellent, had a great level of "spiceyness". The only reason we have given four stars instead of five was the service was a little on "Thai" time. So if you are not in a... More

Out of the three restaurants along the beach this is the most authentic. Adaman's seem to be frightened to add chilli or any true flavour. The fish in both is excellent.

We only ate here once because we preferred the food next door at the Andaman. Saying that, I noticed the restaurant had quite a few people most nights.

On this beach there's three restaurants on a row, this one being the first (coming from the direction of the JW Marriot). Now this one is pretty nice, no it's not the BEST in the world, but it's solid and nice. The atmosphere is good and cozy, and the owners and servers are very friendly and nice. We tried the... More

We didn't really eat here because soon after we sat down I saw mice running onto the roof. Totally put me off. I understand that being a beach location would make it hard and they are exposed to nature and elements but I just couldn't forget about that sight.

A great little beach restaurant. Food was great and fresh. Service was cheerful. Great location. The only minor blemish was a tiny cockroach on our table when we arrived (which I just flicked off and promptly forgot about). But don't let that put you off.
