Great value for excellent food and service, but need to book.

Food is combination of Vietnamese and French (Swiss?) influence. The spring rolls are different and superb, but heed the owner's warning and share one portion as a starter or you won't do the main course justice. We had the two most expensive mains, including Blue Marlin and a bottle of decent... read more

Great food. Great service. In need of AC though. Best food we had in Khao Lak. Love the Tempura shrimps.

We went here based on previous reviews and local recommendations. We got a table but it is better to book as many prospective diners were turned away. The unnecessary visual and verbal menu summary was a bit provincial france circa 1990 as was the bland amouse bouche. The fact that the large tiger prawns so proudly placed before our noses... More

The location of the restaurant directly on the main road is not so great... but since you are eating inside you may not care. In one word, you don't go there for the surroundings ! The quality of the Thai food served revisited with a French touch is very good. Fresh sea food is recommended. The French boss is very... More

I have to say from all reviews and the fact that you have to book so far in advance, I was expecting something simple but with great food. We got simple!! Much is mentioned about the owner, we found him pretty good fun - although got a little bored with his gags about us staying at the Sarojin. He seemed... More

Had lunch here. It was a very hot day so they sat us under a fan. We had two dishes and rice and it was delicious. It really did make us smile! Lovely people.

We went to this restaurant one evening while recently on holiday. We did not have a reservation but we thought if they could not fit us in we would make a booking for another evening. The man in charge with the clip board,I think he was French, was so arrogant and condescending towards us because we dared to go to... More

I went to the restaurant 2 days ago. Never bothered writing a review which says everything to anyone reading on. I went with my parents as have a few days here in Koh Lak and saw the great reviews on trip advisor. I have livd in thailand a few years now and I'm first to admit restaurants can have a... More

We were lucky and got a seat with no reservation. The food was incredible and very fair priced. Service was attentive and quick. We both loved the quality and style of the food. We will come back during our next stay
