Been traveling for awhile now and I needed a little Mexican food. Burrito was good and enchiladas were also nice. Now I am not comparing it from back home in Texas, but come on, you're in Thailand. Prices were ok and it'll give you your Mexican fix for a bit. Staff was also very friendly.

Thanks Moises. I tell everyone who comes in that this style of Mexican food is the best I can do considering my location and access to ingredients. We finally found a reliable avocado source that we will be ordering from this winter. We also have some new menu items including imported Australian steak for our Fajitas. New menu starts in... After 10 days we were keen for a break from Thai food and this restaurant did not disappoint. The host was a charming American, the staff were attentive and the food was delicious. We had a Quesadilla to share to start with and then had Fajitas with black beans and Nachos. All were very tasty and I would love the... More

Thank you Jan. So many people have asked for my salsa recipe that I am thinking about selling it to take away. If we see you again I will send some home with you. More

Thank you for your support. Believe it or not it doesn't take much eefort to keep your place tidy. It can sometimes be a challenge since we dont have any walls and are at the mercy of the weather. We are lucky to have motivated staff that keep the place in order. Good luck to you and maybe we will... More

Nice atmosphere and great food. We always crave some non Thai food after a week or so and this was a great place to get our fix.

After eating thai food consecutively for days, we decided to try something different. For two, we had chicken fajitas, beef burrito and quesadilla. The portions were generous with the burrito overflowing with beef (!!) and price was pretty reasonable. Very good and highly recommended esp if you had your fill of thai food.

Our last feed in Khao Lak before rushing off to catch the plane... We are a family of 7, 2 adults, 5 boys 4-10. I had wanted to come here on our last trip and same with this trip, delighted I made it, finally. My eldest boy complained to me that we should've dined there more often...I agree. Between us... Before going to the Rusty Pelican we read up about it on the internet. Somewhere I think I read that this was rated as not just Thailands best but the worlds best Mexican Restaurant - a big claim. Well although my partner loves mexican food I on the other hand eat it reluctantly, but in the name of fairness agreed... More

I went here for lunch in off season. The food probably shouldn't be done takeaway. After maybe 5 minutes walk to the hotel it was pretty soggy. The nachos were good, burrito average. Met the owner and he's good to talk too, just needs to either address packaging or make it eat in only.

Thanks for the honest imput. Mexican food is always best to eat inside the restaurant where it is fresh from the kitchen. We are family friendly so please bring your wife and child in for a visit next time you are in Khao Lak. More

Very good Mexican restaurant that has moved and expanded in its existence. Friendly staff and good quality food. Chilli Con Carne a must.
