Love the place. Had padkapow here and ask for sultan spicy. Its was great and had really good chilies for the thai spice you expect outside of western areas. Staff was nice quick and answered questions without any issues. Also has a good mango pancake that im not sure we didn't invent on the spot... read more

We walked past this place two nights running and wondered why there was a queue to get in. Were they giving away free food or was the food just so spectacular you had to visit? Neither of the above. This place has all the traits of a Greek Taverna from about 20-years ago, complete with those awful clear plastic table... More

We ate here quite a few times last year. We just love it - the food has a "family" recipe taste about it. We guess that the whole family are working in this restaurant from "mama" (her green curry recipe is the best in the area) all the way down to grand children. We like this food and they seem... Most of the restaurants close to the sensimar resort are open just for dinner so when I walked the main road looking for a Thai food lunch I bounced into Lamuan seafood. Well, the food wasn't bad , the Tom yam Kung was tasty but the stock was somewhat watery and not thick as I got in everyday 2 restaurant... More

Love the food in this place! We were 4 people trying different meals: steamed fish, pad thai, glass noodle salad and beef with cashew! We were all really pleased! Pretty cheap too! As in many places in Thailand you' ll get the foods in the order which they get ready, that is starters being served after two of the main... More

Passed by this restaurant several times, always busy. Decided to check it out, wish we hadn’t. Restaurant has an extensive menu, maybe too large, chose regular Thai starters and main courses, I couldn't believe it possible with Thai food, but the food was bland, although the chefs were all Thai women! I did notice a lot of the customers; German... More

In Thailand I always order Tom Yam Kung soup to get right feeling about how kitchen produce food. I asked my soup Thai spicy aka Hot. Pretty close they made it and promissed even hotter for second visit. Beer is cold and atmosphere was ok. Christmas season pricing but still reasonable. My philosophy is supporting local family restaurants.

There's much better restaurants, with better food, service and prices close by - pick a direction, left or right and walk a minute or two. During our 2 week stay, this was one of only two bad experiences (the other was Kohinoor Indian restaurant - attentive service but fatty meat and dried out naan bread), and the only place we... Tasteless food, crap service, we asked for the starters first... They came out with my meal, then about 15mins later my partners meal came out. I ordered the spagettie with tomatoe and mushroom, awful. Huge chunks of garlic, too much oil, the overall experience was naff. Shall not be returning. Wouldn't waste your time here, far better restaurants just mins... More

We dined here twice during our stay. Starters were fishcakes and tempura respectively and main courses Tom Yan Krung and Penang curry for me and my wife had tomato soup on both occasions. The wine was good at 420 baht for a 0.5 litre carafe. We could not fault the food or service, although the batter on the tempura was... More
