The view was great overlooking the Kaoshiung harbour. The service was welcoming and efficient. The staff were very friendly and easy to chat. How about let's think about this...we paid for the view and the dinner comes for free. Good deal, right? The restaurant is part of Kaohusing's Splendor Hotel, the most expensive one in Kaohusing.
