Very Pleasant !

I really enjoyed my burger at Justin's! I cant remember our servers name, but she kept great attention to our table in the back! The thing that stood out most to me, besides the atmosphere, was that when I asked for my burger medium rare, that was what I got. Time and time again when you... read more

Went here after Lark Tavern was shut down due to a fight. Place was packed in with patrons but they played some really good hip hop so it was ok. Wall to wall movement and probably for the college crowd. Reminded me of when I was a young young man. Interesting and fun but not for the mature crowd I... More

Been going here since they opened on and off. We live out of town. It used to be a classy place with great service. You could eat a good meal or have a few drinks and listen to jazz. I couldn't say how the service food or music was because there were 7 gangbangers blocking the door, smoking cigarettes and... More

I was staying downtown at the Hilton and decided I wanted to walk around a neighborhood strip. This Lark st looked good so after trying to decide where I wanted to eat I chose Justins. Big mistake. Food took forever and it was just horrible. Took a strangely long time to try and leave the place.

Had a late dinner at Justin's on Nov 24, 2013. Truly excellent food, prepared super well, served piping hot - yum! Friendly service. The problem? The bartender (in charge of music) likes rap. Now Justin's is a rather upscale restaurant, not quite as expensive as Jack's but nearly so. The decor is very nicely done, exposed brick, nice wooden tables... More

Monaca was the perfect hostess and server, the menu was plentiful as were the portions, and the meals were not only delicious but very creatively plated. Monaca very graciously and patiently returned to our table numerous times until we we were (finally) ready to order. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and were very impressed with the art selections on the... More

Hadn't been to Justin's in about a year...always thought of it as a venue for good & slightly creative food. In the past it had been a good place for talking, eating and making memories. The menu was pretty sedate. The room hot and not air conditioned. The staff was friendly. The room was half empty on a warm Friday... More

Thank you, Monica, for the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. I would say worst dining experience, but we actually weren’t able to get anything to eat anything. Arrived 7:15-ish, the bar area was maybe half full. After a few minutes we got menus & water, which was dribbled across both our legs as it was set down on... More

I got to Justin's at 9pm Sunday night. The bartender Ulysses was doing a great job bartending and sharing great Muddy Waters tracks from his iPod. I ordered food and when things got noisy in the bar due to some party goers and moved into the restaurant the adjoinjng Savoy room. I had an eggplant starter to die for and... More

We went for an early dinner on a Friday night and, frankly, were not impressed. We were seated immediately in the dining room; a room that could use a little updating and lots more heat. The martini was pleasant, but not memorable. The waitress brought out rolls with a flavored butter. The flavor of the butter was odd and left... More
