Great place for dinner and a few beers

We were about 15 people and dropped in with no reservation. The place was full, but we were told that they would have a table for us within 30 minutes. Beer was served and after about 20 minutes we were seated and looking through the menu. Lots of great dishes made it a difficult choice, but I... read more

One of the original industrial style Brew Houses in our area. They primarily serve upscale pub food. It's decent if that is what you are looking for.

We met friends here for lunch and were amazed at the place, which was an old pumping station but is now being used as a brewery. We ordered a variety of dishes, some sandwiches and it was all very tasty and good value for money. Our friends go there often and we can see why. It was very busy too,... More

I love the pump station. Cool place to hang out (on a side note, there is a really cool distillery in the same building, and you need to just stop in and take a tasting tour). We ended up not going the past couple of times because no matter when we go it's a huge wait. It's worth the wait...... More

Reservations are a good idea, especially when there is an event @ the Palace. They have outside seating available. Seems to be a large after work gathering place. We arrived at 4:30 and by 5:00 it was packed. We did not partake of the beer therefore unable to comment. A little loud but we could still converse.

I've been here multiple times with my family for different events. I actually came here for my 21st birthday and got the beer sampler. It's 8 small glasses with 8 different beers on it so you can see which kinds you like. Most of their beer is brewed on site, and you can actually see the giant kegs, and sometimes... More

This is our go-to restaurant in Albany. The staff are very welcoming and are all well-informed about the beers, most of which are brewed on premises. The menu is not too broad and tries to accommodate all tastes. Whether you want to graze on pub snacks or have a full meal, this is the place. No rushing you thru dinner... More

Cam here with a work colleague and I ordered the Golabki (Polish meat stuffed cabbage rolls) and my colleague ordered the Corned Beef Reuben. I drank a Wit beer and he had a beer called Knick. The lunch was very good and the beer was also very nice. Great space in an old water pumping station near downtown Albany. Second... More

Always a favorite for my husband. The food is delicious. Dinner at the Albany Pump Station followed by a show at Capital Rep makes a great night out!
