Verrry interesting and busy place. Make reservations or be prepared to wait!

Albany Pump House was recommended by the hotel staff, and it did not disappoint. Plenty of food selections, nicely presented and good portion sizes. Beer? Fugetttaboutit! If you're unsure what to get, try the "flight" of beer. Granted not all beers are for everyone, but where can you sample 8 beers for a reasonable price? It'll definitely get you out... More

The beer making at this establishment continues to improve - adding Imperial IPAs, Belgian-style strong ales, and an awesome Czech pilsner that is very complex. The food is better than adequate. In particular, the calamari, which is some of best I've had anywhere, including the Cape. Dawn the bar manager should get award for best in the Albany. Highly recommend... More

The building is worth going to see, and the beer I had was great and there were many, many more beers to try. The service was friendly and good too. Unfortunately the food was just OK. For apps we had the scotch egg and the calamari. The egg was OK, but the calamari was almost inedible... tough, greasy, and cold.... More

The service here was very good. The Reuben was my favorite sandwich. This is a very busy fast paced Brew Pub. The food was very good and they have a wide variety of beer on tap. What I liked most was the selection of Beer on tap. They also have a good menu to choose from to have cheap or... More

I took my wife's family here for dinner on the night before Easter. I had read some excellent reviews and wanted to give it a try. The building is really amazing and I thank the owners for preserving such a historic building and coming-up with a great reuse for it. When we arrived, with a party of 7, and were... More

This Easter was my family's 5th Easter brunch at the Pump Station. We made our reservations 3 weeks in advance and requested a table downstairs as one of our members is handicapped. We were told "all the tables are downstairs." 1 week later, we called to add 3 people to our reservation and were told that they were full and... More

Very nice micro brew that always has a good selection of beers, stout was full bodied but smooth. Eating area has plenty of space. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table, but when we got in they always have open tables (suspect just short staffed). Wait staff was friendly and nice atmosphere. The food, however, is only average.... More

This is a big, sprawling former warehouse (I think) which is a brew pub with great food. Located a few blocks from the river, it is easy to access by car or on foot. Great selection of craft brews, interesting appetizers (the fried pickles with chipolte sauce were yummy), and main menu items ranging from burgers, mac & cheese with... More

OMG talk about feel light headed. Make sure you eat something with or before you try their taster rack of ales - well, that's if you are like me and not used to drinking. The ales went from light to dark They were delicious and a great way to check out the various ales on offer.

the title says it all. For the price, I woould go elsewhere. The crowds here can be substantial and very very loud. Beer was good though and reasonably priced.
