We had a wonderful dinner here on Friday night! The staff is very attentive! I had the duck which was perfectly cooked. My husband had the Indonesian Sampler, an interesting variety of delicious items.. We would definitely return!

Excellent food and service and arguably the best wine list in the Capital District. Combines traditional Indonesian dishes with innovative American cooking.

This is a fine restaurant. The front is called DPs and tends to be noisy especially at cocktail time. The rear is a very fine dining room with an unusual variety of dishes. Make a reservation if you can but you have a decent chance of a table if you just show up. Parking can be an issue. The hotel... More

Easily the best restaurant in Albany, NY. Everything on the wide-ranging menu is delicious and the wine list is a treat.

To begin, my wife and I do not frequent 5 star restaurants often. We travel to NYC twice annually for a play and dinner. I would recommend this establishment for a special treat and those who are quite selective. This is our second experience at this restaurant. We were fortunate to again be assigned to Garrett's area whom we thought... More

My wife and I were unable to get into one of our fave restaurants for our 19th wedding anniversary and we decided to give Yono's a try. WOW! We were truly treated to a special night. We each tried one of their 4-5 course food/wine pairing dinners (the Winter menu and Indonesian specials). The atmosphere and food were FANTASTIC! And... More

My husband and I received a gift card about 2 years ago from my daughters college basketball team for our dedication to the team. It was for $200 and at the time I felt it was a bit excessive. We had heard about Yono's but felt it was too "dressy" for our taste. This New Years Eve we decided it... More

Tried for the first time. Service was great. My wife loved the pretzel rolls and flavored butter. I think she would have been happy if that was all she had. For an appetizer my wife had pumkin soup & loved it. My salad was very good. I tried an Indonesian sampler platter and really enjoyed it. The better half had... More

We were in Albany for a three day Bar Association conference with only one night free for dinner on our own. We asked around for restaurant reservations from local friends and received several recommendations for Yono. We were so glad we ate here. We assumed this would be a fairly typical Asian fusion restaurant in a mid range hotel setting.... More
