This place was amazing! It was the first time my wife and I have eaten at Yono's. We met my parents there for an anniversary celebration and we have nothing but great things to say. Fantastic atmosphere, quiet and easy to have conversations. They had a live piano and upright bass playing which was a nice touch. Such great service:... More

We ate at Yonos for the first time and were very impressed. The service couldn't have been better and the food was great. Make sure you have a reservation and ask to be seated in one of the 2 back rooms, not the bar area. The bar room is crowded and noisy. The back rooms are elegant, spaciously furnished and... More

We ate at yonos/DPS last night and it was outstanding. The staff made the entire meal memorable. We are in the DP section but were allowed to ordered off either menu. I had the scallops, foire gras, ahi tar tar and filet. All were very well prepared. The spicy on the ahi took away from the ahi itself a little... More

I literally just got home from my birthday dinner out at Yono's and I had to write a review right away. I cannot stop smiling. Seriously. I feel so special. Yono's is not just dinner out. It is truly a dining experience. This was my husband's and my second trip to Yono's in less than a year and I am... More

Yono's has long been one of the top fine dining establishments in the Capital Region, and it continues to sit at the top of the list. The room is gracious (love the live piano player and jazz duo). Service is superb - always ready and times everything perfectly, but no hovering. The food is inventive and always very tasty. Wine... More

I have been here eight times with a large group. Our recent visit was best yet in terms of quality of food. 1) Mr Yonos is a great host, 2) the bar area is elegant enough, the restaurant area not so much, 3) the food is well prepared and the American/Indonisian menu is unique to Albany.

My purse had an ottoman, my husband said it was the best meal he's ever put in his mouth, I tried both Indonesian fare and a fairly traditionally prepared seafood dish, we both left happy. Even the vegetables were phenomenal and it's hard to dress up carrots and mushrooms! The prices are high and servings modest, so this will be... More

While visiting friends in Saratoga they took us to Yono's in Albany. What a delightful surprize. We had a delightful meal, mine started with ponzu oysters followed by butter poached lobster and finished with a simple vanilla ice cream. their wine list is large and I especially thought the Ca; del Bosco franciacorta was good value. We also were instoruduced... More

It had been a couple years since our last visit since we no longer live in NY year round but figured Yono's was the place for a very special anniversary celebration. I love to cook and can do a decent job on many dishes so when I go out for a special event I like going where the chef routinely... More

I was staying at the adjoining Hampton Inn and had dinner here out of convenience. The food for Yono's kitchen is sourced locally when possible, always a plus for me. I had a baby kale ceasar salad that was over-the-moon great! My entree of Chicken Gabriel was delightful with fresh-crisp veggies; the plain rice accompaniment was shaped like a small... More
