Unique ice cream flavors!

Had a coffee ice cream with chocolate covered espresso beans. Omg. If I could is have one every night. Way too small of a building though. Can't move if more than 10 people in line at the ice cream counter. Love music is not my thing but that was there too.

Awesome flavors of ice cream. Great atmosphere…looks like an ice cream shop you would find on vacation at a seashore town, and it has free live music shows on weekends!!!

Emack and Bolio's is a quality dessert place as long as you don't mind spending and extra buck. From smoothies, ice cream, chocolate, and milkshakes its the one stop shop. Service: As soon as you walk in the door there is plenty of ladies to help lend a hand on your order. Once you decide what you want from their... More

This place was quiet in the mid-afternoon on a weekday, but it's likely to be lively at night and on weekends. The ice cream is excellent, if a little pricey, but that's to be expected for the quality, and the serving is generous. The decor is also noteworthy, and the small tables are widely spaced. So far, as you can... More

This ice cream store/restaurant was excellent for its tasty ice cream and hand-dipped cones. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the quality of the ice cream and hand dipped cones is excellent. A must try for ice cream in Albany. There is also a great mosaic store in the back of the restaurant that is a must see if... More

When you think of "perfectly adorable ice cream shop with quirky toys, live music, and a fun staff" you might think of B&J, but pull it back a notch and lets stay local. Go to Emack and Bolios. Although slightly expensive, its worth every penny. You can play games, listen to music, make jokes with the staff. And every kid... More

After a nice little Thai dinner next door at Sweet Basil last Friday night Wife and I were in mood for something sweet. We saw lights on and decided to give this a try. This was my first time there. Interesting Place. A folk singer was playing in back (C-), Kids were running all over the place (F) so the... More

This is THE PLACE for unbelievable ice cream, hot drinks authentic old-fashioned toys, ice cream cakes, and REAL egg-cream (and more!!!) What a treasure this place is. You usually have to go to NYC, Boston or Cape Cod for a quaint and outstanding shop like this. A real Albany treasure. You've got to go, you wont regret it!!!!

We stopped in for some ice cream and milkshakes. Flavor choices are large. Serving size is ample. And milkshakes are wonderful. We certainly recommend a visit to this and other merchants on Delaware ave.

I am not a huge fan of ice cream, but if I want some, this is the only place I go. Okay, Stewarts too... What I like best about Emack and Bolio's though is that I can get something other than ice cream and it's still really good. And I love their outdoor seating! I actually don't think I've ever...
