From her first glance at the menu my daughter was very excited to see scalloped potatoes on a restaurant menu and had to give them a... More

When my husband and I go out to dinner by ourselves, we often choose the Blu Stone for several reasons. They offer some unique dishes, smaller portions and have a decent wine list. The restaurant is not noisy even with live music which creates a relaxed atmosphere.

I was staying at the adjacent hotel and out of convenience decided to get a drink and dinner at this restaurant. Very nice and modern restaurant with a good craft beer draft selection. The bar area was busy and they have a happy hour. The food wasn't bad either as I had the open face turkey sandwich. I would recommend... More

On our way to the mall and we got really hungry and not wanting to have fast food we decided to stop in here. The food was good the bartender was nice. Had a juicy burger that was cooked right and hit the spot.

Stopped in on my way to a flight at Albany Airport. Expected little and we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were lovely. We did wait a but longer than we planned, but when we tasted our food we understood the delay. If I lived closer I would return soon for a meal….... More

I like this restaurant but I find it a little over priced and a little dirty. Ther service was very good. I found the restuarent to be a little dirty. Their was food on the floor under some of the tables and a few fruit flies around the bar. I just find that the portions and the quality of the... More

I was on business from Austin and stayed at the Hotel Indigo, very very nice, clean and top notch service. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Blustone, was off the charts for greatness. I had the fish special, Alaskan Butterfish. I never have had and it was delicious. Service was impeccable!! I recommend !!
