I can't provide feedback on the food because we didn't even get to a table... If I could rate a zero I would since the only experience we had was waiting for a hostess to seat our party of 3. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to seat us and the couple in front of us my boyfriend finally decided... More

I wasn't pleased that we experienced a 30 minute wait even with reservations. But the rest of the evening made up for it. A very private table with excellent service. Be prepared to spend 2-3 hours at this and all Melting Pot restaurants.

Ok so the positives....very fun to be able to sit, converse, and take our time to dine, and chat with good friends. Perfect! Thats is where the restaurant should have taken off. Instead, the restaurant was mearly a place to sit .... Being a fan of fondu and having prepared and served it many times for my friends....Oh my goodness....... More

We visited the Melting Pot for the first time with a groupon which was offered. This was my first (and most likely last) fondue experience. The groupon entitled us to the 3 course fondue dinner package. Let me start off by saying, our waitress was phenomenal. Since it was our first time, she careful explained the menu and how everything... More

I was a little skeptical about trying this place because of the cost. We are from Montreal, and have a lot of fondue places here that are great. I love fondue, so I convinced my husband to go with our 2 girls since they never had this experience. The staff was really accommodating and helpful on what to order since... More

We went out for an anniversary dinner. We have been there before, but it had been a few years. I know it's a novelty, and a bit expensive, but it still wasn't that bad. We had 2 espressos and a glass of wine each, plus the 4 course experience, for $97. We missed the Groupon for them so sadly it... More

We live an hour away and try to eat here at least once a month. Atmosphere is fantastic, the booths are built into the walls so it's very private. Service is always exceptional. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Food is always excellent.

A novelty, really. Cooking at the table, with a waiter who takes great delight in taking you through 'your experience'. Kids enjoyed the cooking of everything, but when it comes down to it - whatever you have dunked in cheese or boiled in broth tastes the same! Dessert fondue good, though - nice range of chocolate stuff. A one-off little... More

We had a great meal at the Melting Pot! The food was fresh and delicious! Cooking the food ourselves was a lot of fun! We had the Traditional Swiss cheese fondue, the standard broth, the mojo broth (we preferred this one) and the dark chocolate fondue for dessert. The vegetarian entree was delicious!

We went for dessert in the middle of the afternoon. We ordered the milk chocolate fondue. It came with small pieces of cheesecake, pound cake, marshmallows, rice krispy treats, bananas, strawberries and brownies for dipping. It was all very good. My daughter really enjoyed herself. The chocolate was excellent. It was best after it had some time to warm up... More
