I hadn't been there before but had a coupon - which was not good the night we decided to go, but ate there anyway. It was a treat! Lots of intimate table spaces, nice overall atmosphere, great service (Cody is the best!) unique menu with enough choices for a big or small appetite and the idea of having something to... More

It was a friends birthday so 3 of us set off to visit the melting pot. We made a reservation which wasn't necessary. We were the only ones there. We had said it was a birthday and they gave her a card so she can fill something out on line to get some strawberries NEXT YEAR! Really? We ordered the... More

I recently dined on a random Sunday night with my boyfriend at melting pot and was so surprised by the interior-we sat in a cute couples cove that felt very private. The wait staff was very knowledgeable on the menu and i would recommend splitting a cheese appetizer and the steak was good quality. The signature cocktails weren't spectacular, yet... More

I can't provide feedback on the food because we didn't even get to a table... If I could rate a zero I would since the only experience we had was waiting for a hostess to seat our party of 3. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to seat us and the couple in front of us my boyfriend finally decided... More

I wasn't pleased that we experienced a 30 minute wait even with reservations. But the rest of the evening made up for it. A very private table with excellent service. Be prepared to spend 2-3 hours at this and all Melting Pot restaurants.

Ok so the positives....very fun to be able to sit, converse, and take our time to dine, and chat with good friends. Perfect! Thats is where the restaurant should have taken off. Instead, the restaurant was mearly a place to sit .... Being a fan of fondu and having prepared and served it many times for my friends....Oh my goodness....... More

We visited the Melting Pot for the first time with a groupon which was offered. This was my first (and most likely last) fondue experience. The groupon entitled us to the 3 course fondue dinner package. Let me start off by saying, our waitress was phenomenal. Since it was our first time, she careful explained the menu and how everything... More

I was a little skeptical about trying this place because of the cost. We are from Montreal, and have a lot of fondue places here that are great. I love fondue, so I convinced my husband to go with our 2 girls since they never had this experience. The staff was really accommodating and helpful on what to order since... More

We went out for an anniversary dinner. We have been there before, but it had been a few years. I know it's a novelty, and a bit expensive, but it still wasn't that bad. We had 2 espressos and a glass of wine each, plus the 4 course experience, for $97. We missed the Groupon for them so sadly it... More

We live an hour away and try to eat here at least once a month. Atmosphere is fantastic, the booths are built into the walls so it's very private. Service is always exceptional. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Food is always excellent.
