The Adobe Rose is indeed a rose in the desert! The airline chicken (chipotle chicken), steaks, and grilled vegetables were wonderful! You are definitely tempted to overeat because the flavors are so enticing! Atmosphere, servers, and owners are a credit to this small city.

Had Thanksgiving dinner while traveling in New Mexico. The service was great, the food was very good and the portions were very ample, the wine was a large pour (it was obvious the owner was in the bar assuring the drinks and guests were taken care of) All in all this was a great place for dinner. I wouldn't hesitate... More

Not a lot of amazing restaurants in Artesia but this one was definitely the highlight of my visit. Food was delicious and creative, service was excellent. Airline chicken and espresso cremè brûlée were excellent!

absolutely butter-tender beef inside this pita bread. Very good southwest veggies, nicely done. Very nice decor inside, service was great. We got there before the FLETC lunch rush, never would have known Adobe Rose existed if we hadn't been detoured onto 13th St on the way to Reza's farm. A little pricey for Artesia, but the ingredients are all New... More

Ok so you want a real review... its a good place, a bit pricey but I get the prices, its artesia!!! Not to many fancy places to eat... Server was nice, no hardcore booze, only wine and beers, you cant call yourself a mexican/cantina without hard liquor. If you are in artesia, take the time and dine here, you wont... More

The food here was good for Artesia, but nothing I'd write home about. I came here twice for dinner and enjoyed the atmosphere. It is very cute, has a lovely outdoor patio area with lights and landscaping and umbrellaed tables. Inside is dark with a private dining room separate from the main room, a bar and a large TV. The... The food is great, but the service even better. Drove up from Carlsbad and couldn't be happier. From the seating hostess to our delightful server Luisa everyone was great. Definitely worth eating at the Adobe Rose! I had 18 oz. Ribeye medium rare, it was crusted outside and perfect inside. Wife had pecan crusted catfish and it was perfect.

Very good Sunday Brunch menu. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service excellent. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. This restaurant is near FLETC and not in the downtown area. Great for a Sunday drive.

Incredible food can be found here! The chef is a wizard at blending flavors and textures together. The salsa is amazing with the right amount of garlic, cilantro and heat. The dressings for the house salad were balanced perfectly. The Coca Cola Meatloaf was a delightful blend of reduced coca cola and mirepoix that elevated this comfort food to a... More

Can't say enough about this place! We were actually shocked! My 8yr old ordered the kid's chicken and waffles. My wife ordered the chipotle chicken. I ordered the lamb shank. My son said It was the best chicken he has ever tasted. My wife and I agreed. We ate half of his chicken...it is not like any kid's chicken that... More
