A hidden gem in Artesia. The menu is not your typical Mexican or Southwest cuisine but rather a unique mix of American dining all served with a friendly and attentive service. Reasonable prices considering the area. Plenty of parking. Try asking for a table out in the patio, if you can.

If you don't mind slow service, the food is good with a nice selection to choose from. Don't go if you are in a hurry.

Adobe Rose is one of our favorite places to eat in Artesia. They have excellent food (huge amounts, so come hungry!), good wine & a great atmosphere! The patio in the summertime is awesome.

Adobe Rose's Chef Chloe is awesome and her restaurant shows it. The atmosphere is very good, kind of romantic. The spring/summer addition of live music on the patio is great. While not inexpensive, the food is really good and delights the eyes as well as the tongue. For about the best Artesia has to offer, it's hard to beat Adobe... More

We ate brunch there on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We ate outside on their lovely patio. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!! I had hoped to stay here while visiting Artesia, but they were all booked up. After eating at the restaurant, I think I would have loved my stay there! They are located RIGHT across the... More

Artesia is a small town so you'd not think you would have such an incredible experience. Good food, GREAT service and a delightful ambiance. I have a food allergy and the server was totally knowledgeable of what ingredients were in their foods. I guess I am also pleased because my first visit to this place was three weeks before my... We ate at this restaurant during a recent trip to Artesia. We had a young waitress who tried to provide her best service. She was a little unfamiliar with her menu, but did get information to answer questions. She did have a bad habit of playing with her hair which is a reprehensible habit. My better half had the lamb... More

My husband and I came through Artesia, NM on our way back to TX. It was a very bad weather-wise night but we had been told ahead to make a reservation(good advice). They were very crowded and we thought this might not have been a good ideas. HOWEVER, it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. We... More

Heard a lot of good things from Pecos Dining guide. But, was a little disappointed. They sat us close to the door and every time someone came in or out, a cold draft came in. Which was quite often since they offer outdoor seating and is apparently the only door. We came for their advertised special, Scallops, but was told... More
