Homemade humus

Delicious humus, fresh and tasty. It's located inside the market. Very cheap. The atmosphere is very special.

Hummus Said, is known by the locals as the best humus restaurant there is to visit in whole Israël. People who live in south of Israël, if it's Eilat, Tel Aviv or Haifa, they all get their humus from Humus Said when they can. It tastes great and the service is even better!

This is, hands-down, the best hummus in the world. The hummus is served warm, creamy, and filling. The definitive hummus experience.

Excellent quality humus. Definitely worth the hype and standing in line. But get ther ebeofre 12.00. Take the machoucha - it's a variation on the traditional humus and is excellent.

Been here a couple of times and this is the best in Akko! you pay only 15 shekels for a plate and you get as much pita and pickles as you want! Also you get refill for free! Its totally worth it but take into account that you'll have to wait a few minutes until you'll get inside. If you're... More

Super light lunch after a wonderful day touring the sites of Akko. If you're ever visiting Haifa by ship cross the rail line and take an easy trip 23 miles north or 20 mins by clean fast trains. The city is a gem and very relaxed. Our fellow passengers took a 10.5 hour bus tour to Nazareth. Well done Said... More

among the hustle and bustle of the old city market there lies a gem. one can easily spot this place with the huge cue/line of people waiting to be seated just to eat humus. but this is no ordinary humus! they have 3 kinds of the chickpea mash and then all of the pickled salads to go with it; not... Said in Acco is a workers restaurant simple and with great Humus , vegetables and pickles and pita for each person. You usually have to wait on line to get in and you sit where there is room. The food is good and cheap and you can really get the feel of being an Israeli in this place. the restaurant... More
