What an experience! We eat at the restaurant often and have been to very good restaurants but Uri Buri is truly special, the best seafood restaurant we have ever been to. We ate the salmon sashimi, with wasabi sorbet. Divine. We were so amazed by this feast that we ordered another plate. But everything else we ate was great :... More

I'm afraid to say that we didn't really understand the big fuss about this restaurant. Perhaps we didn't make the best menu choices. They staff were lovely, the place was packed, and the food was nice, but we just weren't blown away by any of the dishes, and a lot were cooked with quite heavy cream sauces which seemed rather... I highly recommend even coming from afar to eat here. Food is great, unusual and very tasty and the atmosphere is laid back. Quite busy so booking recommended.

The restaurant didn't change for ten years (the last time we visited). Although every order was o.k., it was not a pleasure not to sight and not to taste. We ordered fish soup that was doll really doll and that fish dish, mules and scrimps – every thing was o.k. nothing to write home about. Service was very efficient to... More

Every dish we ordered was great. The restaurant setting, an old Turkish house, was beautiful. Too bad the sea view was extremely limited.

Fresh, inventive and fun describes the food and atmosphere of what is, without a doubt, Akko's best restaurant. Uri cancelled our order (!) and, instead, had many small plates brought to our table. Each item -- the coconut fish soup, the sushi-like anchovies, the glazed tilapia, the shrimp with artichokes, the salmon with wasabi sorbet -- was superb. Food kept... More

For anyone looking for a fabulous place to eat in ACCO, Israel, I would highly recommend Uri Buri fish restaurant. The setting is at the ruins of the old port by the sea, known as Lighthouse Place. They have a mouth-watering array of local dishes that are superbly prepared. You should go there hungry! The service is most efficient and... More

We had the personolized menu where the waiter asks about your preferances and brings dishes to match your taste. We had a great time. The dishes were very tasty, and a good variety. Most of the servings are big enough to share.
