"Pagi Sore" very famous and also the iconic restaurant in Padang. It's original fried chicken recipe really delicious...awesome! One is never enough...But lately the restaurant was burned by fire and still renovated. Hope it open very soon.

This place has one of the best chicken in Padang. But more should be said about the pickled cucumbers. It's fresh, crunchy, and balances the savoury you get from the other dishes. Definitely a must when you're in Padang.

When you take your seat, the waiters will serve several plates of food like the usual Padang restaurant. I don't think they serve the chicken with the batch, so you have to ask for it. The chicken is crunchy but not dry. Super tasty without the powerful spices like other Padang menu. Delicious and the chicken size is quite small,... More

The best Indonesian fried chicken, period. Padang style cuisine and service. Their Rendang is pretty good too.

If ever in Padang, you must eat here. One of the to do list. It is an eating house and do not expect fine dining and air conditioning. The food carries the unique Padang taste and there are a lot of locals who eat here. Just give it a try.

Make no mistake folks, this is a local eating house and not a restaurant. The staff don't speak english ... so you'll have to point and speak in simple bahasa. It's rustic if you like that, but don't expect restaurant service. food is so-so.

My girlfriend and I visited this place are reading all the reviews and having never had 'Padang' style of food we were equally amazed and frightened! To introduce the style everything has been pre-cooked that day (or the day before who knows) and basically sits in large display dishes at the front of the restaurant. when you sit down they... More

We came here after reading so much good reviews on TripAdvisor. They have quite a good spread but taste wise, it was below our expectation. Only the fried chicken is nice. Sad to say that those food sold along the street taste nicer and cheaper.
